【摘要】:隨著市場競爭的日益激烈,企業(yè)為了獲取競爭優(yōu)勢,大客戶關系管理成為客戶關系管理的最為重要的一部分。在物流供應鏈中,大客戶管理被認為是一種行之有效的物流客戶關系發(fā)展方向。本文將著重分析物流行業(yè)大客戶關系管理的五個決定因素。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, in order to obtain the competitive advantage, the large customer relationship management has become the most important part of customer relationship management. In logistics supply chain, large account management is regarded as an effective direction of logistics customer relationship development. This paper will focus on the analysis of the logistics industry key customer relationship management five determinants.
