【摘要】:SARS的突然襲擊,讓更多的中國企業(yè)認(rèn)清了客戶關(guān)系管理的重要性。由于CRM的應(yīng)用成功率一直不高,直接導(dǎo)致了企業(yè)的決策者對(duì)是否實(shí)施CRM一直猶豫不決,《CRM路在何方》、《制造業(yè)企業(yè)如何用好客戶關(guān)系CRM》、《客戶關(guān)系管理在中國的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐》、《危機(jī)改變觀念催紅CRM市場》等文章,從不同的角度闡述了CRM對(duì)于企業(yè)管理的重要作用,并對(duì)如何實(shí)施給予了一些實(shí)踐性的指導(dǎo)建議。
[Abstract]:The sudden attack of SARS, let more Chinese enterprises recognize the importance of customer relationship management. Because the success rate of CRM application is not high all the time, the decision makers of enterprises have been hesitant about whether to implement CRM, < where is the way of CRM >, but also how to make good use of customer relationship CRM in manufacturing enterprises? The application practice of customer relationship management in China and the crisis changing concept to promote the CRM market, etc., this paper expounds the important role of CRM in enterprise management from different angles, and gives some practical suggestions on how to implement it.
