數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)在證券客戶關(guān)系中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:研究證券管理問題,客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)(CRM)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)營管理科學(xué)與現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)結(jié)合的科學(xué)問題。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)是有效地利用現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)資源的重要手段。重點是針對數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)在證券客戶關(guān)系管理中的具體問題。運用數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù)建立了客戶交易行為數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,并運用聚類技術(shù)完成了基于證券公司客戶交易行為數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的證券公司客戶細(xì)分;跀(shù)據(jù)挖掘的CRM是對傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)管理思想的一個創(chuàng)新,充分體現(xiàn)了管理的科學(xué)性和藝術(shù)性。對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營決策和客戶關(guān)系管理都具有相當(dāng)重要的作用和意義。
[Abstract]:To study the security management problem, the customer relationship management system (CRM) is a scientific problem combining modern management science with modern information technology. Data mining technology is an important means to make effective use of existing data resources. The emphasis is on the specific problems of data mining technology in securities customer relationship management. The customer transaction behavior data warehouse is established by using data warehouse technology, and the customer segmentation of securities company based on the data warehouse of customer trading behavior of securities company is accomplished by clustering technology. CRM based on data mining is an innovation of traditional enterprise management, which fully embodies the scientific and artistic nature of management. It plays an important role in business decision and customer relationship management.
