【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為,企業(yè)范式是企業(yè)內(nèi)部與外部環(huán)境諸要素之間客觀存在的一組處于均衡狀態(tài)的關(guān)系集合,它反映了企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、流程、戰(zhàn)略與外部環(huán)境之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系和高度一致性;企業(yè)范式的DNA結(jié)構(gòu)是組織要素之間的一致性關(guān)系集合,客戶是企業(yè)范式關(guān)系集合中的戰(zhàn)略性主導(dǎo)要素,構(gòu)成企業(yè)范式的堿基之一;客戶與企業(yè)的其他要素之間客觀存在的一致性關(guān)系是企業(yè)范式的柔性基因;目前企業(yè)大多存在著客戶要素和柔性基因的缺失,客戶化可以彌補(bǔ)和再造這種基因,從而使企業(yè)獲得適應(yīng)環(huán)境和生存發(fā)展能力的機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that the enterprise paradigm is a set of equilibrium relations between the elements of internal and external environment, which reflects the internal relationship and high consistency between enterprise structure, process, strategy and external environment. The DNA structure of enterprise paradigm is a set of consistent relations among organizational elements, and customer is the strategic dominant factor in the set of enterprise paradigm relationships, which constitutes one of the bases of enterprise paradigm. The consistent relationship between customer and other elements of enterprise is the flexible gene of enterprise paradigm. At present, most enterprises have the absence of customer factor and flexibility gene, and customization can make up for and recreate this gene. In order to make the enterprise to adapt to the environment and the survival and development of the mechanism.
