國家開發(fā)銀行青島市分行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶轉(zhuǎn)向資本市場進行直接融資比例的增加,這對銀行傳統(tǒng)的貸款業(yè)務(wù)提出了挑戰(zhàn);另一方面現(xiàn)代企業(yè)面臨著更多的改組、兼并、投資、租賃、上市等一系列問題,對銀行的創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了條件。中間業(yè)務(wù)不但有助于提高國開行青島分行的經(jīng)營效益和競爭能力,而且對于密切客戶關(guān)系,維護傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展有著積極的作用。同時,國開行青島分行正在積極的進行商業(yè)化改革,如何實現(xiàn)政策性銀行的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展、兼顧政策性銀行功能的同時實現(xiàn)政策性銀行資本結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化成為關(guān)注的重點。商業(yè)化改制的一項重要的目標是完善中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品序列,更好的服務(wù)客戶。在這種背景下,對國家開發(fā)銀行青島市分行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略的研究有重要的意義。 本文首先從中間業(yè)務(wù)的含義和特點入手,對中間業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)涵和產(chǎn)品進行了全面的總結(jié),并且通過對中外政策性銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,在借鑒國際經(jīng)驗及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,提出了政策性銀行開展中間業(yè)務(wù)的意義。政策性銀行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)不但對財務(wù)效益有著積極的影響,而且有效的實現(xiàn)了自身的良性循環(huán)。然后,從國家開發(fā)銀行青島分行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),得出了其在中間業(yè)務(wù)方面存在的問題及原因。緊接著對國開行青島分行開展中間業(yè)務(wù)外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行了分析,并通過SWOT分析法分析國開行青島分行面臨的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅,得出了其發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)方面優(yōu)勢明顯,有著非凡機遇的結(jié)論。結(jié)合對國開行青島分行開展中間業(yè)務(wù)競爭力分析來制定其發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的目標。得出了適合國開行青島分行發(fā)展的中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品:供應(yīng)鏈融資保理產(chǎn)品、國際投資咨詢產(chǎn)品、資產(chǎn)證券化產(chǎn)品、跨境人民幣業(yè)和保險代理業(yè)務(wù)等。確定了以差異化競爭策略為主的中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略。最后從內(nèi)部管理、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、市場營銷、售后管理四個方面得出了國開行青島分行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的策略。 本文的研究方法:一是采用靜態(tài)分析與動態(tài)分析相結(jié)合的方法對國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行與政策性銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了分析與研究。二是在充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大量詳實的數(shù)據(jù),采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方式,從國開行青島分行中間業(yè)務(wù)存在問題及成因著手,,客觀分析國開行青島分行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)內(nèi)外部因素。三是運用SWOT分析等方法,闡述國開行青島分行中間業(yè)務(wù)所面臨的機會和威脅、優(yōu)勢和劣勢,提出發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的指導(dǎo)思想、發(fā)展目標和戰(zhàn)略定位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing proportion of high quality customers turning to the capital market for direct financing, this has posed a challenge to the traditional loan business of banks. On the other hand, modern enterprises are facing more restructuring, mergers, investments, leases, etc. A series of problems, such as listing, have created conditions for the development of banks' innovative business. Intermediary business not only helps to improve the operating efficiency and competitive ability of CDB Qingdao Branch, but also plays an active role in the development of close customer relationship and maintenance of traditional business. At the same time, Qingdao Branch of CDB is actively carrying out commercial reform. How to realize the sustainable development of policy banks and how to realize the optimization of capital structure of policy banks while taking into account the functions of policy banks have become the focus of attention. An important goal of commercial restructuring is to improve the intermediate business product sequence and better serve customers. Under this background, it is of great significance to study the development strategy of intermediate business in Qingdao Branch of China Development Bank. This paper begins with the meaning and characteristics of intermediate business, summarizes the connotation and products of intermediate business, and analyzes the present situation of intermediate business development of Chinese and foreign policy banks. On the basis of international experience and related research results, the significance of developing intermediate business of policy banks is put forward. The development of intermediate business of policy banks not only has a positive impact on financial benefits, but also effectively realizes its own virtuous circle. Then, from the current situation of the development of intermediate business in Qingdao Branch of China Development Bank, the problems and reasons in intermediate business are obtained. Then, the external environment and internal environment of CDB Qingdao branch are analyzed, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by CDB Qingdao Branch are analyzed by SWOT analysis. Reached its development intermediate business aspect superiority is obvious, has the special opportunity conclusion. Combined with the analysis of the competitiveness of CDB Qingdao Branch to establish the objectives of developing intermediary business. The intermediate business products suitable for the development of CDB Qingdao Branch are obtained: supply chain financing factoring products, international investment consulting products, asset securitization products, cross-border RMB industry and insurance agency business. The intermediate business development strategy based on differentiation competition strategy is determined. Finally, from four aspects of internal management, product research and development, marketing, after-sales management, the development strategy of CDB Qingdao Branch is obtained. The research methods of this paper are as follows: first, the development status of domestic commercial banks and policy banks is analyzed and studied by the combination of static analysis and dynamic analysis. Second, on the basis of full investigation, combining with a large number of detailed data, and adopting the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the problems and causes of the intermediate business of the Qingdao Branch of CDB are discussed. Objective analysis of CDB Qingdao Branch to develop intermediary business related internal and external factors. Third, using the method of SWOT analysis, this paper expounds the opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages faced by CDB Qingdao Branch, and puts forward the guiding ideology, development goal and strategic orientation of developing intermediate business.
