【摘要】：21世紀以來移動通訊科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,作為移動通訊的一種重要組成部分的SMS(短消息業(yè)務(wù))也得到了快速的發(fā)展與進步。在工作學(xué)習(xí)中人們相互之間運用短消息進行信息交流是SMS最常見的應(yīng)用方式。除此之外SMS還可以被運用到企業(yè)公司短信業(yè)務(wù)已及教育、金融、運輸、檢疫、電力、人才等多種領(lǐng)域。例如運用SMS進行遠距離的測試和操控或?qū)MS運用到公司辦公自動化和客戶關(guān)系處理中,來進一步提高公司的信息化工作水平等。對于SMS運用的各種項目開發(fā)也會不斷增加。監(jiān)獄內(nèi)的服刑人員與外界聯(lián)絡(luò)交流不方便,信息反饋不及時。當(dāng)前通常選用的方法為親屬探監(jiān)或親情電話交流,可是因為親屬探監(jiān)的時效性決定不能常常進行,而親情電話交流需要監(jiān)護人員的監(jiān)聽,因為監(jiān)獄的自身警力缺乏沒有這么多的監(jiān)護人員,也很難在服刑人員中大面積運用,這樣就形成服刑人員長期不能及時與親屬家人聯(lián)絡(luò),不利于監(jiān)管改造與監(jiān)管安全。本篇文章就測驗將手機的短信收發(fā)功能和計算機超級的存儲、控制功能結(jié)合起來,研究并完成了一個監(jiān)獄服刑人員的根據(jù)串口通訊的短消息收發(fā)管理軟件:監(jiān)獄短信平臺系統(tǒng)。監(jiān)獄短信平臺系統(tǒng)可以快捷、精確、方便服刑人員長期將身處監(jiān)獄內(nèi)的改造情況及個人信息反饋到他們親人的手中,并及時從家屬朋友處了解到家庭狀況和外界信息,完成服刑人員與親人和家屬的親情幫教,然后推進服刑人員的思維轉(zhuǎn)化、積極改造。本篇文章首先對SMS的概念、基礎(chǔ)操作原理、優(yōu)點、運用及監(jiān)獄短信平臺系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的背景等進行了介紹,研究構(gòu)建監(jiān)獄短信平臺系統(tǒng)意思和實用性。然后對監(jiān)獄短信平臺系統(tǒng)的工作原理進行了研究和全方面設(shè)計,并對開發(fā)工具的選用及軟件數(shù)據(jù)庫的挑選和研究進行了介紹。底層通訊模塊是完成軟件設(shè)計的重點和難點,也是這篇文章的關(guān)鍵。主要內(nèi)容包含運用MScomm控件完成計算機和手機間的串口通訊;運用AT指令完成對手機的各種操控和短信的收發(fā)操作;發(fā)送和收到短信的PDU(Protocol Data Unit)方式研究,短信內(nèi)容、手機號碼、SMSC(負責(zé)在基站和移動臺(ME)間中繼、儲存或轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)短消息)號碼、數(shù)字時間戳的編碼和解碼等。管理模塊是監(jiān)獄短信平臺系統(tǒng)運行的基本方式,主要包含監(jiān)獄短信平臺登錄端、審核端、管理端的完成,詳細介紹了各種應(yīng)用模塊實際工作中存在問題與解決方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication science and technology since the 21st century, SMS (short message Service), as an important part of mobile communication, has also been rapidly developed and improved. Short message communication is the most common application of SMS in work-learning. In addition, SMS can also be used in many fields such as education, finance, transportation, quarantine, electricity, talent and so on. For example, using SMS to conduct remote testing and manipulation, or to apply SMS to office automation and customer relationship processing, to further improve the level of information work of the company, and so on. For SMS application of various projects will continue to increase. Prison inmates and external communication is not convenient, information feedback is not timely. At present, the methods commonly used are family visits or family phone exchanges. However, because of the timeliness of relatives' visits, they cannot be carried out frequently, and the telephone communication between relatives and relatives requires the monitoring of supervisors. Because the prison's own police force does not have so many guardianship personnel, it is very difficult to use in a large area among the prisoners, so the prisoners can not contact their relatives and families in time for a long time, which is not conducive to the supervision, reform and supervision of safety. This article combines the function of sending and receiving SMS of mobile phone with the super storage and control function of computer, and studies and completes a short message receiving and sending management software based on serial port communication for prison inmates: prison short message platform system. The prison short message platform system can be quick, accurate and convenient for prisoners to feed back their reform situation and personal information in prison to their relatives' hands for a long time, and learn about family status and outside information from their family and friends in a timely manner. To complete the family help and education of prisoners, relatives and family members, and then promote the transformation of the thinking of prisoners, and actively reform. This paper first introduces the concept of SMS, basic operating principles, advantages, the use of prison short message platform and the background of the construction of prison short message platform system, research the meaning and practicability of building prison short message platform. Then, the working principle of the prison short message platform system is studied and all aspects are designed, and the selection of development tools and the selection and research of software database are introduced. The underlying communication module is the key point and difficulty of software design, and also the key of this article. The main contents include the use of MScomm control to complete the serial communication between the computer and the mobile phone; the use of AT command to complete all kinds of operation of the mobile phone and the sending and receiving of SMS; the research of PDU Protocol data Unit mode of sending and receiving SMS, the short message content, Mobile phone number SMC (responsible for relaying, storing or forwarding short messages between base station and mobile station) number, encoding and decoding of digital timestamp, etc. The management module is the basic mode of the prison short message platform system. It mainly includes the completion of the login, audit and management of the prison short message platform. The problems and solutions in the practical work of various application modules are introduced in detail.
