【摘要】：近年來(lái)連鎖超市在我國(guó)發(fā)展迅速,已遍布各大城市,其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,其中供應(yīng)鏈客戶關(guān)系是影響其發(fā)展的重要因素。為了進(jìn)一步完善連鎖超市的客戶關(guān)系管理,對(duì)連鎖超市的供應(yīng)鏈客戶關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析,并對(duì)連鎖超市客戶關(guān)系管理提出了建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, supermarket chain has developed rapidly in our country and has spread all over the cities. The competition of supermarket chain is becoming more and more fierce, among which the customer relationship of supply chain is an important factor affecting the development of supermarket chain. In order to further improve the customer relationship management of supermarket chain, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of customer relationship in chain supermarket supply chain, and puts forward some suggestions on customer relationship management of chain supermarket.
