物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建與績效評價研究

【摘要】:隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,服務(wù)業(yè)在整個國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中所占比例日趨增加,服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)正逐步發(fā)展成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,和世界發(fā)達(dá)國家相比而言,我國正處于快速發(fā)展階段,服務(wù)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為三大產(chǎn)業(yè)最具有生命力的產(chǎn)業(yè),以物流為代表的服務(wù)業(yè)成為投資的最大熱點之一并在不斷快速發(fā)展,對我國制造業(yè)和商貿(mào)流通業(yè)的發(fā)展也起著十分關(guān)鍵的作用,進(jìn)行物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)研究對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的長足發(fā)展有重要作用;诖,本文以物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈為研究對象,從政府和企業(yè)多視角考慮,以提高顧客滿意度、減少物流運(yùn)作成本為切入點,較為深入的研究了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈管理研究的理論和方法,主要內(nèi)容包括: ①物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)模型研究。在分析服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)涵發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步對物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的含義進(jìn)行了界定,指出了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈與一般服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的差異性;從社會分工與專業(yè)化發(fā)展、提升核心競爭力、降低雙方交易成本等方面分析了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的形成與發(fā)展原因;重點對物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的參與主體、系統(tǒng)功能、以及管理活動等要素進(jìn)行了深入分析,構(gòu)建了以物流服務(wù)集成商、功能型物流供應(yīng)商、物流需求方、物流設(shè)備供應(yīng)商以及非物流服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)為參與主體,以服務(wù)需求、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、服務(wù)訂單、客戶關(guān)系、服務(wù)績效等為管理活動過程,將產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈、物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈與物流管理信息系統(tǒng)集成的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)框架。 ②功能型物流供應(yīng)商選擇模型研究。在分析功能型物流供應(yīng)商選擇影響因素基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用重構(gòu)質(zhì)量屋模型從客戶需求的可靠性、響應(yīng)性、保證性等方面對物流需求展開表進(jìn)行分析,對物流的綜合表現(xiàn)度進(jìn)行計算并以此為依據(jù),提出了利用雙層規(guī)劃模型構(gòu)建供應(yīng)商選擇模型,上層規(guī)劃以物流服務(wù)成本最小為目標(biāo),下層以選擇的供應(yīng)商的綜合表現(xiàn)度最大為目標(biāo),綜合研究了物流服務(wù)成本和質(zhì)量兩個效益背反的因素;集合AHP和QFD方法構(gòu)建了物流供應(yīng)商的綜合評價模型,將評價指標(biāo)體系與服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的客戶需求進(jìn)行結(jié)合,較好的考慮了客戶需求在評價過程中的重要性;針對建立的供應(yīng)商評價模型,設(shè)計了分層迭代算法對其進(jìn)行求解,并通過算例對模型和算法進(jìn)行了有效性驗證。 ③物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈合作能力協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制研究。針對物流服務(wù)集成商與功能物流服務(wù)商組成的兩階段物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈,雙方缺乏信任,對未來合同執(zhí)行的預(yù)期不一致導(dǎo)致物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作績效低下的問題,本文建立物流服務(wù)集成商與功能物流服務(wù)商N(yùn)ash討價還價模型,模型求解分析顯示:雙方對未來對方是否會執(zhí)行預(yù)訂合同預(yù)期是影響雙方談判結(jié)果的主要因素。若雙方對未來交易預(yù)期相同,討價還價的交易量能達(dá)到物流服務(wù)集成商認(rèn)為的系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)交易量;若物流服務(wù)集成商的預(yù)期小于功能物流服務(wù)商的預(yù)期,雙方交易量超過了物流服務(wù)集成商認(rèn)為的系統(tǒng)交易量;若物流服務(wù)集成商的預(yù)期大于功能物流服務(wù)商的預(yù)期,則雙方交易量小于物流服務(wù)集成商認(rèn)為的系統(tǒng)交易量。對此,建立物流服務(wù)集成商預(yù)付款協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,機(jī)制分析顯示,該機(jī)制下,服務(wù)交割時的費(fèi)用為0,所有的費(fèi)用全部都表現(xiàn)為預(yù)付款,并且該機(jī)制下的交易量至少達(dá)到了物流服務(wù)集成商認(rèn)為的系統(tǒng)交易量,且雙方的期望利潤都得到了提高。 ④物流集成商生產(chǎn)效率測度研究。考慮物流服務(wù)業(yè)的特點,生產(chǎn)效率測度指標(biāo)存在兩個或多個影響因子相關(guān)聯(lián),本文利用SPSS軟件對測度指標(biāo)進(jìn)行驗證性因子分析,并發(fā)現(xiàn)原有數(shù)據(jù)中客戶滿意度與物流效率而不是企業(yè)協(xié)同能力關(guān)聯(lián)性更強(qiáng),調(diào)整后的測度指標(biāo)體系可信度更優(yōu);利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析影響物流服務(wù)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的四個影響因子及其與各個測度指標(biāo)的關(guān)聯(lián)性,研究表明:服務(wù)控制能力和企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理能力體現(xiàn)了企業(yè)內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)能力的高低,對于企業(yè)管理層,企業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)能力關(guān)鍵是加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理;面對全球物流業(yè)整合優(yōu)化的挑戰(zhàn),信息技術(shù)成為物流服務(wù)業(yè)提高生產(chǎn)效率必備條件。 ⑤物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈績效評價模型。基于顧客、企業(yè)自身和生態(tài)環(huán)境等視角,從顧客滿意度、生態(tài)環(huán)境影響、協(xié)同發(fā)展水平、規(guī)范化管理和經(jīng)營能力方面建立了由三十五個指標(biāo)組成的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈績效評價指標(biāo)體系;并運(yùn)用模糊綜合評價、數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析和層次分析法相結(jié)合的集成方法建立評價模型,通過實際算例對該物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈績效評價的指標(biāo)體系和評價方法進(jìn)行了有效性檢驗,根據(jù)評價結(jié)果的分析,對該企業(yè)提出了一些改進(jìn)意見,對物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展具有一定指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of our country's social economy, the proportion of service industry in the whole national economy is increasing day by day. The service economy is gradually developing into the core of the national economy. Compared with the developed countries in the world, our country is in the stage of rapid development. The service industry has become the most vital industry in the three major industries and is replaced by the logistics. The service industry of the table has become the biggest hot spot of investment and is developing rapidly. It plays a very important role in the development of our manufacturing and trade circulation industry. The research on the supply chain of logistics service plays an important role in the rapid development of our country's economy. In order to improve the customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of logistics operation, the theory and methods of logistics service supply chain management are studied. The main contents are as follows:
On the basis of the analysis of the connotation development of the service supply chain, the meaning of the logistics service supply chain is further defined, and the difference between the supply chain of the logistics service and the general service supply chain is pointed out. From the social division of labor and the professional development, the core competitiveness is promoted and the transaction cost of the two sides is reduced. The reasons for the formation and development of the logistics service supply chain are analyzed, and the key factors such as the main body, the system function and the management activities of the logistics service supply chain system are deeply analyzed, and the logistics service integrators, the functional logistics suppliers, the logistics demand parties, the logistics equipment suppliers and the non logistics services are constructed. The structure of the logistics service supply chain system is integrated into the supply chain of the product supply chain, the logistics service supply chain and the logistics management information system, which is the main part of the organization, which takes the service demand, service quality, service order, customer relationship and service performance as the management activities.
On the basis of analyzing the factors influencing the selection of functional logistics suppliers, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the selection of functional logistics suppliers, the restructured house of quality model is used to analyze the logistics requirements from the reliability, responsiveness and guarantee of the customer needs, and the comprehensive performance of the logistics is calculated and based on this, the profit is put forward. The two-layer programming model is used to construct the supplier selection model. The upper level is aimed at the minimum logistics service cost, and the lower level is aimed at the maximum comprehensive performance of the selected suppliers. The two factors of logistics service cost and quality are studied comprehensively. The comprehensive evaluation model of logistics suppliers is constructed by the set of AHP and QFD methods. Combining the evaluation index system with the customer needs of the service supply chain, the importance of the customer needs in the evaluation process is considered, and a hierarchical iterative algorithm is designed for the supplier evaluation model. The validity of the model and algorithm is verified by an example.
Research on the coordination mechanism of logistics service supply chain cooperation capability. The two stage logistics service supply chain, which is composed of logistics service integrators and functional logistics service providers, lacks trust between the two sides, and the expectation of future contract execution disagrees leads to the low performance of logistics service supply chain operation. Nash bargaining model of the logistics service provider, the model solution analysis shows that the expectation of whether the two parties will carry out a reservation contract is the main factor affecting the outcome of the negotiations between the two parties. The expectation of the service integrator is less than the expectation of the functional logistics service provider, and the volume of transaction is more than the volume of system transactions considered by the logistics service integrator. If the expectation of the logistics service integrator is greater than the expectation of the functional logistics service provider, the volume of transaction is less than the volume of system transactions recognized by the logistics service integrator. The mechanism analysis shows that, under this mechanism, the cost of service delivery is 0, all the costs are prepaid, and the transaction volume under this mechanism reaches at least the volume of system transactions considered by the logistics service integrators, and the expected profits of both sides have been improved.
(4) research on the measurement of production efficiency of logistics integrators. Considering the characteristics of logistics service industry, the measurement index of production efficiency is associated with two or more factors. This paper uses SPSS software to carry out confirmatory factor analysis, and finds that the customer satisfaction and logistics efficiency in the original data are more than the association of enterprise synergy. Strong, adjusted measurement index system is more reliable, and the structure equation model is used to analyze the four influencing factors affecting the production efficiency of logistics service industry and the correlation with each measure index. The research shows that the ability of service control and the internal management ability of the enterprise reflect the internal coordination ability of the enterprise, and the management of enterprise management. The key of enterprise coordination ability is to strengthen internal management. Facing the challenge of integration and optimization of the global logistics industry, information technology has become a necessary condition for the logistics service industry to improve production efficiency.
The performance evaluation model of logistics service supply chain. Based on customer, enterprise itself and ecological environment, the performance evaluation index system of logistics service supply chain is set up from thirty-five indexes, including customer satisfaction, ecological environment influence, cooperative development level, standardized management and management ability; and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used. Price, the integration method of data envelopment analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to establish an evaluation model. Through a practical example, the effectiveness of the index system and evaluation method of the logistics service supply chain performance evaluation is tested. According to the analysis of the evaluation results, some improvements are put forward to the enterprise, and the development of the logistics service supply chain is developed. It has a certain guiding role.
