【摘要】：近年來,移動電子商務(wù)作為電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的新方向顯示出巨大的潛力。作為企業(yè)最重要的商務(wù)系統(tǒng)之一的客戶關(guān)系管理(CRM),更加需要無線應(yīng)用模式來實現(xiàn)用戶和企業(yè)之間快速高效的信息交互。本文提出了一種基于Java技術(shù)的嵌入式無線CRM應(yīng)用的分布式設(shè)計方案。重點對基于J2ME平臺的嵌入式客戶端應(yīng)用程序的設(shè)計與開發(fā)進行了研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, mobile e-commerce as a new direction in the field of e-commerce shows great potential. As one of the most important business systems, CRM (customer relationship Management) needs wireless application mode to realize fast and efficient information exchange between users and enterprises. This paper presents a distributed design scheme of embedded wireless CRM application based on Java technology. The design and development of embedded client application based on J2ME platform are studied.
