【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,信息化的資源管理配置已經(jīng)成為一種全面、動(dòng)態(tài)、優(yōu)化的資源配置方式,信息化建設(shè)越來越深入到我們生活的方方面面。特別是在推進(jìn)小客戶(小企業(yè)、小門店、小攤床),即三小客戶,關(guān)系信息化的時(shí)期,三小客戶關(guān)系管理的信息化建設(shè)需要找到一些新的突破口。我們應(yīng)該為三小客戶關(guān)系管理的信息化建設(shè)提供更多的資源和技術(shù)支持服務(wù)。三小客戶關(guān)系管理的信息化建設(shè)也成為了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和我國(guó)金融開放的基本要求。通過提高三小客戶關(guān)系管理的智能水平,可以大大提高銀行客戶關(guān)系的管理水平,有利于我國(guó)金融開放發(fā)展的順利進(jìn)行。三小客戶關(guān)系管理是一項(xiàng)非常重要的工作。本文從三小客戶關(guān)系管理的特點(diǎn)開始研究,分析了開發(fā)錦州三小客戶關(guān)系管理的必要性與可行性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文總結(jié)了三小客戶關(guān)系管理所必須的:工作平臺(tái)、客戶管理、產(chǎn)品庫(kù)、知識(shí)庫(kù)、貸款管理、業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)表、系統(tǒng)管理等7個(gè)重要的用戶需求。并在明確了用戶需求之后,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。本三小客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)可以幫助三小客戶關(guān)系管理人員有效的對(duì)三小客戶關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的管理,并規(guī)范了客戶關(guān)系管理的流程,還能生成三小業(yè)務(wù)的客戶分析,渠道分析的報(bào)表,并提供了完善的關(guān)系查詢和客戶審批管理。還提供了信貸產(chǎn)品查詢和信貸相關(guān)知識(shí)庫(kù)。三小客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)使用面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)。采用了web 2.0技術(shù)中的B/S架構(gòu),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用了流行的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)SQL Server 2012,開發(fā)語(yǔ)言選擇了Java語(yǔ)言,使用了開發(fā)Java EE網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用程序的開源Web應(yīng)用框架struts2。經(jīng)過了嚴(yán)格的軟件測(cè)試,有良好的穩(wěn)定性與實(shí)用性,很好的滿足了銀行對(duì)三小客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的需要。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and information technology, the management and allocation of information resources has become a comprehensive, dynamic and optimized way of resource allocation. Especially in the period of promoting small customer (small enterprise, small store, small stall bed), that is, three small customers, the information construction of three small customer relationship management needs to find some new breakthrough. We should provide more resources and technical support services for the information construction of the three small customer relationship management. The information construction of the three small customer relationship management has also become the basic requirement of the social economic development and our country's financial opening. By improving the intelligence level of the three small customer relationship management, the bank customer relationship management level can be greatly improved, which is conducive to the smooth development of financial opening in China. Three small customer relationship management is a very important work. In this paper, the characteristics of three small customer relationship management are studied, and the necessity and feasibility of developing three small customer relationship management in Jinzhou are analyzed. On the basis of this, this paper summarizes seven important user needs for customer relationship management: work platform, customer management, product base, knowledge base, loan management, business report, system management, etc. After defining the user's requirements, the system is designed and implemented in detail. The three small customer relationship management systems can help the three small customer relationship managers to effectively manage the three small customer relationship data, standardize the process of customer relationship management, and generate customer analysis of the three small businesses. Channel analysis of the report, and provide a sound relationship query and customer approval management. Also provides the credit product inquiry and the credit related knowledge base. Three small customer relationship management systems are designed and developed using object-oriented design methods. This paper adopts the B / S architecture of web 2.0 technology, the database uses the popular database SQL Server 2012, the development language chooses the Java language, and uses the open source Web application framework struts2, which is used to develop Java EE network application program. After strict software testing, it has good stability and practicability, and meets the needs of the bank for the three small customer relationship management system.
