【摘要】：隨著招商銀行河北分行的發(fā)展及業(yè)務(wù)工作量的增大，在傳統(tǒng)的手工管理模式下，各職能部門在管理客戶以及員工之間的溝通、控制和工作效率等方面暴露出來問題越來越多，本文將圍繞銀行批發(fā)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)展開深入的研究和分析，并以J2EE架構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)完成對銀行批發(fā)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與應(yīng)用，這一系統(tǒng)應(yīng)當具有較好的穩(wěn)定性、相對完整的功能與較高的運行效率。 本文所做的主要工作有如下幾個方面：（1）對銀行批發(fā)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的所有用戶進行深入、全面的調(diào)研，進行了詳細的需求分析。（2）對銀行批發(fā)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)進行總體設(shè)計，包括對系統(tǒng)基于B/S的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)基于J2EE的MVC模式架構(gòu)設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)功能模塊設(shè)計以及系統(tǒng)基于SQL SERVER2005的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計。系統(tǒng)功能模塊主要包括商機管理、營銷產(chǎn)品管理等子模塊。（3）銀行批發(fā)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的具體實現(xiàn)與系統(tǒng)測試。依據(jù)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的總體的設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)，對系統(tǒng)主要功能模塊實現(xiàn)方法進行詳細介紹。通過性能測試、功能測試及壓力測試，，保證系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)平均響應(yīng)時間不超過150ms且具有較低的CPU和內(nèi)存占用率。 通過銀行批發(fā)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)，有效的解決了招商銀行河北分行當前存在的各種管理客戶問題，為招商銀行河北分行員工提高管理客戶的效率等作出貢獻。
[Abstract]:With the development of Hebei Branch of China Merchants Bank and the increase of business workload, under the traditional manual management mode, more and more problems are exposed in the management of customer and employee communication, control and work efficiency.This paper will focus on the bank wholesale customer relationship management system in-depth research and analysis, and based on the J2EE framework to complete the design and application of the bank wholesale customer relationship management system, this system should have good stability,Relatively complete function and high running efficiency.The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) carry out a thorough and comprehensive investigation on all the users of the wholesale customer relationship management system of the bank, and carry out a detailed demand analysis. 2) carry out the overall design of the wholesale customer relationship management system of the bank.It includes the design of network structure based on B / S, the design of MVC architecture based on J2EE, the design of system function module and the design of database based on SQL SERVER2005.The function module of the system mainly includes business opportunity management, marketing product management, etc.) the concrete realization and system test of bank wholesale customer relationship management system.According to the general design foundation of customer relationship management system, the realization method of main function modules of the system is introduced in detail.Through performance test, function test and stress test, the average response time of the system is guaranteed not to exceed 150ms, and the system has low CPU and memory occupancy.Through the bank wholesale customer relationship management system, effectively solve the existing problems of China Merchants Bank Hebei Branch, and contribute to the staff of China Merchants Bank Hebei Branch to improve the efficiency of customer management.
