【摘要】:正檔案信息能否成為信息資源,并在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的作用,關(guān)鍵還要看檔案信息資源開(kāi)發(fā)與利用的關(guān)系處理得如何。處理得好能相互促進(jìn)產(chǎn)生效益,處理得不好就會(huì)適得其反。商業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)客戶(hù)檔案信息的開(kāi)發(fā)與利用是既相互聯(lián)系又相互區(qū)別的兩項(xiàng)工作。它們的工作內(nèi)容和工作任務(wù)各有側(cè)重:
