隱馬爾可夫模型在客戶關(guān)系動(dòng)態(tài)研究中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:客戶關(guān)系管理(CRM)已經(jīng)成為市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷研究領(lǐng)域中的一個(gè)重要方面,其研究的方向大致有兩個(gè):一是以客戶價(jià)值為核心的客戶關(guān)系管理的應(yīng)用研究;二是以客戶行為為基礎(chǔ)的客戶關(guān)系動(dòng)態(tài)研究。后者的研究更加抽象和一般化,其采用的主要工具是馬爾可夫過程。但客戶關(guān)系狀態(tài)的不可觀測(cè)性卻不能夠在單純的馬爾可夫過程得到解決,隱馬爾可夫模型把馬爾可夫過程和離散選擇模型結(jié)合起來,用可以觀測(cè)的客戶購(gòu)買行為來反向推斷隱含的客戶關(guān)系狀態(tài),從而推動(dòng)了客戶關(guān)系動(dòng)態(tài)研究的進(jìn)展。本文介紹了隱馬爾可夫模型擬合客戶動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系的原理,并且用R語(yǔ)言對(duì)這一擬合過程進(jìn)行了蒙特卡羅實(shí)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:CRM (customer relationship Management) has become an important aspect in the field of marketing research. There are two research directions: one is the application research of customer relationship management with customer value as the core;The second is the dynamic research of customer relationship based on customer behavior.The research of the latter is more abstract and general, and its main tool is Markov process.However, the unobservability of customer relationship can not be solved in the simple Markov process. The hidden Markov model combines the Markov process with the discrete selection model.Using observable customer purchase behavior to deduce the implicit customer relationship state in reverse, which promotes the research progress of customer relationship dynamics.This paper introduces the principle of hidden Markov model fitting customer dynamic relationship, and carries out Monte Carlo experiment on this fitting process with R language.
