摘要：

工作過程導(dǎo)向的課程開發(fā)是以企業(yè)真實(shí)的工作過程為基礎(chǔ),以完成實(shí)際工作任務(wù)為核心,以學(xué)生職業(yè)素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成和綜合職業(yè)能力提高為宗旨,在專門構(gòu)建的教學(xué)情境中進(jìn)行職業(yè)知識(shí)、技能傳授的課程理論和方法。從酒店業(yè)的實(shí)際出發(fā),提出了基于工作過程導(dǎo)向的酒店管理專業(yè)課程體系開發(fā)的思路、步驟和方法。

Abstract： 

Work process-oriented course development is based on enterprise real work process.Taking finishing real work task as the core,fostering students＇ professional quality and improving their core career competency as the guideline,work process-oriented course is the kind course theory and methods on professional knowledge and skill delivery in teaching environment specifically constructed.The essay takes hotel industry reality as the starting point and brings up the idea,steps and methods of hotel management on constructing course system which is based on work process-oriented.
