【摘要】：在滿足地鐵列車運(yùn)營安全要求的前提下,才能夠進(jìn)行車輛維護(hù)維修工作,最大限度地加強(qiáng)電動(dòng)客車的利用率。就北京地鐵而言,其通過設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、備件管理、人員架構(gòu)、采購和生產(chǎn)六個(gè)方面來制訂電動(dòng)客車維修的策略,四年多的實(shí)踐表明,這組檢修方案具有維修效率高、停修時(shí)間短等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Under the premise of meeting the safety requirements of subway train operation, the vehicle maintenance and maintenance can be carried out and the utilization rate of electric bus can be strengthened to the maximum extent. As far as Beijing Metro is concerned, it formulates the maintenance strategy of electric bus through six aspects: design, production, spare parts management, personnel structure, procurement and production. The practice for more than four years shows that this group of maintenance schemes has the characteristics of high maintenance efficiency and short shutdown time.
