【摘要】：眾所周知,財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算管理是醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)管理中不可或缺的組成部分,是推動醫(yī)院可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在,從意義上分析,財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算管理能夠提高財(cái)務(wù)管理水平,強(qiáng)化成本費(fèi)用�，F(xiàn)階段,因受到相關(guān)因素的而影響,醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算管理與成本控制存在諸多缺陷與不足,嚴(yán)重影響了醫(yī)院的發(fā)展。文章主要分析了醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算管理以及成本控制中所存在的問題,并針對性的提出相關(guān)的建議與措施。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the financial budget management is an indispensable part of the hospital financial management, is the key to promote the sustainable development of the hospital. In a sense, the financial budget management can improve the level of financial management and strengthen the cost and expense. At present, due to the influence of related factors, there are many defects and deficiencies in the financial budget management and cost control of the hospital, which seriously affects the development of the hospital. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in hospital financial budget management and cost control, and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures.
