基于SPC方法的轎車焊裝項目質(zhì)量管理

【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)要獲得競爭優(yōu)勢,必須在產(chǎn)品過程實施嚴(yán)格有效的項目管理。項目管理包括人力資源管理，計劃與控制管理，，風(fēng)險管理，成本管理，質(zhì)量管理等;要實現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)過程中預(yù)防，并且能持續(xù)穩(wěn)定地保持產(chǎn)品的高質(zhì)量，就必須依靠合理高效的質(zhì)量控制手段。 本文通過項目管理各種原理方法尤其是質(zhì)量管理在新車型開發(fā)中的具體應(yīng)用，說明現(xiàn)代項目管理手段的先進(jìn)性和高效性。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容，項目管理在白車身焊裝項目用的應(yīng)用，重點講述項目質(zhì)量管理，主要包含兩部分：第一部分介紹項目管理各專業(yè)的理論知識以及一般方法；第二部分闡述各專業(yè)方法重點是質(zhì)量管理在S公司E車型白車身焊裝項目中的應(yīng)用及經(jīng)驗總結(jié)。 通過項目管理先進(jìn)方法的應(yīng)用，項目開發(fā)團(tuán)隊理論結(jié)合實際，在E車型車身焊裝項目質(zhì)量管理上不斷摸索出一條適合自身發(fā)展的方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, enterprises must implement strict and effective project management in the product process in order to gain competitive advantage. Project management includes human resources management, planning and control management, risk management, cost management, quality management, etc. In order to prevent in the production process and keep the high quality of the product continuously and stably, it is necessary to rely on the reasonable and efficient means of quality control. In this paper, the principle and method of project management, especially the concrete application of quality management in the development of new vehicle models, are introduced to illustrate the advanced and high efficiency of modern project management methods. The main research contents of this paper, the application of project management in body-in-white welding project, focus on the project quality management, including two parts: the first part introduces the theoretical knowledge and general methods of project management; The second part focuses on the application and experience summary of quality management in S Company E car body-in-white welding project. Through the application of the advanced method of project management, the theory of the project development team combined with the practice, a suitable method for the development of E car body welding and assembling project quality management is constantly explored.
