安全效能成本管理在輸變電設(shè)備檢修中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年,隨著國(guó)內(nèi)特高壓、堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)技術(shù)的蓬勃開展,電網(wǎng)規(guī)模迅猛發(fā)展,為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步提供了堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的支撐。供電企業(yè)在保障電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的同時(shí),也在追求經(jīng)濟(jì)盈利。隨著網(wǎng)內(nèi)大量早期投運(yùn)設(shè)備的日趨老化,可靠性逐年降低,維修頻次隨之增加,企業(yè)需要支出更多的維護(hù)成本。本文根據(jù)唐山供電公司的客觀情況,利用全壽命周期成本理論對(duì)電力設(shè)備檢修進(jìn)行深入的探討和全面的分析。通過構(gòu)建安全效能成本指標(biāo)模型,對(duì)檢修策略差異化所引起的安全效能成本值的差異化進(jìn)行綜合分析比較,從而為科學(xué)制定檢修策略提供理論方法。 論文基于全壽命周期成本理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外輸變電設(shè)備檢修實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),研究分析了輸變電設(shè)備全壽命周期成本,構(gòu)建了安全效能成本指標(biāo)計(jì)算模型;并且,以變電設(shè)備檢修為例,對(duì)變壓器在不同檢修方式下的安全效能成本值進(jìn)行計(jì)算、分析和比較,通過實(shí)際的例子對(duì)本文進(jìn)行設(shè)備檢修策略研究的基本原理和基本方法進(jìn)行了論證,證明了本文對(duì)于反映設(shè)備檢修方式差異化所引起的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值差異化分析有很好的實(shí)用價(jià)值,從而為更經(jīng)濟(jì)、更科學(xué)的開展輸變電設(shè)備檢修工作開辟了道路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the domestic ultra-high voltage, the vigorous development of strong smart grid technology, the rapid development of power grid scale, for the development of the national economy and social progress provides a strong support. Power supply enterprises in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid, but also in pursuit of economic profits. With the aging of a large number of early-stage equipment in the network, the reliability decreases year by year and the frequency of maintenance increases. Therefore, enterprises need to spend more maintenance costs. According to the objective situation of Tangshan Power supply Company, this paper makes an in-depth discussion and comprehensive analysis on the maintenance of power equipment by using the theory of life cycle cost. By constructing the cost index model of safety efficiency, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the difference of the cost value of safety effectiveness caused by the differentiation of maintenance strategy, thus providing a theoretical method for the scientific formulation of maintenance strategy. Based on the whole life cycle cost theory and domestic and foreign practical experience of transmission and transformer equipment maintenance, this paper studies and analyzes the whole life cycle cost of transmission and transformation equipment, and constructs the calculation model of safety efficiency cost index. Taking the overhaul of transformer equipment as an example, the cost of safety efficiency of transformer under different maintenance modes is calculated, analyzed and compared. Through practical examples, the basic principles and methods of equipment maintenance strategy research in this paper are demonstrated, and it is proved that this paper has a good practical value to reflect the economic value differentiation analysis caused by equipment maintenance mode differentiation, and it has been proved to be of great practical value to the analysis of economic value differentiation caused by equipment maintenance mode differentiation. Thus for more economical, more scientific development of transmission and transformation equipment maintenance work opened the way.
