【摘要】：在信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的大機(jī)遇下,國內(nèi)外大型企業(yè)集團(tuán)已利用現(xiàn)代化的信息技術(shù)開發(fā)出自身適用的遠(yuǎn)程報(bào)賬系統(tǒng),而我國軍工科研院所受早期體制因素的制約,仍保留了傳統(tǒng)的財(cái)務(wù)管理理念。現(xiàn)如今,新時(shí)期的軍工科研院所面臨體制機(jī)制轉(zhuǎn)型,中船重工集團(tuán)公司多次提出"希望成員單位加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)信息化建設(shè)"。自華中光電技術(shù)研究所全面啟動信息化建設(shè)工程以來,相繼推出的系統(tǒng)之間相互獨(dú)立,未實(shí)現(xiàn)集成化和數(shù)據(jù)共享。鑒于此,本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)閱讀法、規(guī)范研究法和案例研究法,試圖設(shè)計(jì)出一套適用的遠(yuǎn)程報(bào)賬系統(tǒng),彌補(bǔ)并完善上述不足,以期更精準(zhǔn)地為管理層決策提供支持,更好地服務(wù)于我所的科研生產(chǎn)、保障條件及管理服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Under the great opportunity of the rapid development of information technology, large-scale enterprise groups at home and abroad have developed their own long-distance account reporting system using modern information technology. However, China's military and industrial research institutes are restricted by the early system factors. Still retained the traditional financial management concept. Nowadays, the military scientific research institutes in the new period are faced with the transformation of the system and mechanism. China Shipbuilding heavy Industry Group has repeatedly put forward the "hope that the member units will strengthen the financial information construction". Since Huazhong Institute of Optoelectronic Technology has started the information construction project, the systems have been launched independently of each other, and the integration and data sharing have not been realized. In view of this, using literature reading method, normative research method and case study method, this paper attempts to design a set of applicable remote account reporting system to make up for and perfect the above-mentioned deficiencies, in order to provide more accurate support for management decision-making. Better service to our scientific research and production, guarantee conditions and management services.
