巴斯小鎮(zhèn)A1#樓項目成本管理研究

【摘要】:在我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中,建筑業(yè)起著舉足輕重的作用,因為該行業(yè)關(guān)乎到了國計民生,屬于一項支柱性的產(chǎn)業(yè)。此外,如今我國正處于綜合國力迅猛發(fā)展的時期,加強(qiáng)民生建設(shè)的其中一項就迫使全國上下都加大對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)。要想是經(jīng)濟(jì)得到很大的推進(jìn),將經(jīng)濟(jì)水平提升到更高的層次水平上,建筑也就是其中的中堅力量。所以,深入對施工項目成本管理體系的研究對于我國的建筑業(yè)有極大的促進(jìn)作用,進(jìn)而對經(jīng)濟(jì)也是推波助瀾。 本文通過對巴斯小鎮(zhèn)A1#樓項目成本管理進(jìn)行詳盡的分析,進(jìn)一步為以后項目施工過程中的項目成本的有效管理提供了有力的依據(jù)與參考。本文將項目成本管理理論具體應(yīng)用于巴斯小鎮(zhèn)A1#樓項目成本管理中,對巴斯小鎮(zhèn)A1#樓項目成本進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的研究。在理論綜述方面,本文將把項目成本全過程管理與目標(biāo)成本管理進(jìn)行有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來,將這種方式貫穿于該研究的始終。此外,在該項研究中,本文也采用了多種方法作為工具,比如在對施工項目成本的各種影響因素進(jìn)行分析的過程中,就運(yùn)用了多種成本管理方法,比如風(fēng)險評估方法等等。另外,本文也采用了多種分析工具進(jìn)行定量的分析研究,找出施工項目成本管理存在的主要問題,并提出項目成本控制的一些對策,來作為企業(yè)的未來成本管理的參考模版。在本文中,以巴斯小鎮(zhèn)A1#樓項目的案例為研究對象,對項目成本管理進(jìn)行了分析與檢驗,實(shí)現(xiàn)理論與實(shí)際的完美結(jié)合。并最終得出項目成本過程中應(yīng)該將項目成本管理貫穿于項目實(shí)施過程的始終,通過對項目的招標(biāo)階段、施工階段以及竣工結(jié)算階段的成本管理情況進(jìn)行研究,對成本的整個過程中的每一個環(huán)節(jié)嚴(yán)格把關(guān),才能使項目質(zhì)量得到有效控制的同時,成本得以控制。
[Abstract]:In the economic construction of our country, the construction industry plays an important role, because this industry is related to the national economy and people's livelihood, belongs to a pillar industry. In addition, our country is now in a period of rapid development of comprehensive national strength, one of the strengthening of people's livelihood construction is forcing the whole country to increase the construction of infrastructure. If the economy is to be greatly promoted, to raise the level of the economy to a higher level, the building is one of the backbone. Therefore, in-depth research on the construction project cost management system has a great role in promoting the construction industry of our country, and then it is also a boost to the economy. Based on the detailed analysis of the project cost management of the A1 # Building in Buzz Town, this paper provides a powerful basis and reference for the effective management of the project cost in the future construction process of the project. In this paper, the project cost management theory is applied to the project cost management of the A1# building in Buzz town, and the project cost of the A1# building in Buzz town is studied deeply and meticulously. In the aspect of theory review, this paper will combine the whole process management of project cost and objective cost management organically, which will run through the research all the time. In addition, in this study, a variety of methods are also used as tools, for example, in the process of analyzing the factors affecting the cost of construction projects, a variety of cost management methods, such as risk assessment methods, are used. In addition, this paper also uses a variety of analysis tools for quantitative analysis and research, finds out the main problems of construction project cost management, and puts forward some countermeasures for project cost control, as a reference template for future cost management of enterprises. In this paper, taking the case of the project of A1 # building in Baas town as the research object, the cost management of the project is analyzed and tested, and the perfect combination of theory and practice is realized. Finally, it is concluded that the project cost management should be carried out throughout the project implementation process in the process of project cost, through the project bidding stage, construction stage and completion settlement phase of the cost management research, The quality of the project can be controlled effectively and the cost can be controlled at the same time by strictly checking every link in the whole process of the cost.
