【摘要】：21世紀是信息時代,全球經(jīng)濟一體化和信息量的迅速增長,促進企業(yè)必須走信息化管理的道路。U8系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)的應(yīng)用,已成為改善企業(yè)管理、實施企業(yè)管理信息化,增強企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要措施。平湖設(shè)備廠面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及對信息化的需求入手,經(jīng)過為期兩年的U8實施和應(yīng)用研究,借助U8系統(tǒng)對該廠的成本管理加以完善,能通過U8工具實現(xiàn)財務(wù)對公司的項目管控,需要實現(xiàn)將業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)中原材料領(lǐng)用、產(chǎn)成品生產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)成品入庫、銷售產(chǎn)成品等各環(huán)節(jié)的項目管理以及財務(wù)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的憑證自動生成、產(chǎn)成品成本自動計算等功能的統(tǒng)一整合,通過成本軟件與U8大數(shù)據(jù)相結(jié)合,規(guī)范企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程與解放部分崗位的工作負擔,使企業(yè)內(nèi)控管理水平進一步提升。進一步提升了企業(yè)的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the information age, the globalization of the global economy and the rapid growth of the information quantity, promote the enterprise must take the road of information management. The application of U8 system in the enterprise has become the improvement of the enterprise management and the implementation of the enterprise management informatization. Key measures to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. After two years of implementation and application of U8, the cost management of Pinghu equipment Factory is improved with the help of U8 system, and the project control of the company can be realized by means of U8 tools, which is based on the challenges faced by Pinghu equipment Factory and the need for informatization. It is necessary to realize the unification and integration of the functions of raw material acquisition, finished product production, finished product storage, sale of finished product and other links in the business system, as well as the automatic generation of vouchers in the financial production link and the automatic calculation of the cost of the finished product. Through the combination of cost software and U8 big data, the business process of the enterprise is standardized and the work burden of some posts is liberated, so that the level of internal control and management of the enterprise can be further improved. Further enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
