山西大醫(yī)院后勤精細化管理研究

【摘要】:新醫(yī)改啟動實施后,“以病人為中心”、“公益性”、“社會效益”再次被強調(diào)。在這樣的新形勢下,以往后勤“小而全”,人員素質(zhì)低下、技術(shù)和管理手段落后,維修效率不高,運行成本高等問題成為制約醫(yī)院后勤發(fā)展,影響醫(yī)院整體服務水平的突出矛盾。精細化管理是將精細化管理思想深入企業(yè)生產(chǎn)工作的每一個環(huán)節(jié),以減少資源浪費、降低管理成本、提高管理效率和企業(yè)綜合競爭力為目標的企業(yè)管理理念。本文擬利用精細化管理思想,設(shè)計出山西大醫(yī)院后勤精細化管理方案,探索出一條適合山西大醫(yī)院后勤發(fā)展之路。本選題分六個章節(jié)對山西大醫(yī)院后勤管理進行分析研究。首先明確了選題的研究背景、意義、方法和內(nèi)容。然后歸納總結(jié)出國內(nèi)外精細化管理思想作為本文的理論研究基礎(chǔ),并通過滿意度調(diào)查的方式深入查找山西大醫(yī)院后勤管理中存在的問題,對山西大醫(yī)院后勤管理制度、服務流程、成本管理和人員管理中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行深入剖析,找出山西大醫(yī)院后勤管理中的潛在障礙。針對查找出的問題采取具體的解決策略,將采取的策略設(shè)計成精細化管理方案。最后得出采用精細化管理方案后的實施效果和研究結(jié)論。山西大醫(yī)院后勤管理水平明顯提升,得出的研究成果適用于醫(yī)院后勤管理并具有較強的可操作性,可作為醫(yī)院后勤精細化管理改革的參考案例,推廣到每個醫(yī)院的后勤管理中。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of the new medical reform, the "Patient-centered", the "public welfare" and the "social benefit" were again emphasized. Under such a new situation, the traditional logistic "small and full", the low personnel quality, the technology and management means are backward, the maintenance efficiency is not high, the operation cost is high, the problem of the hospital logistics development is restricted, and the outstanding contradiction of the overall service level of the hospital is affected. The refined management is the enterprise management idea that the refined management thought goes deep into the enterprise production work, so as to reduce the resource waste, reduce the management cost, improve the management efficiency and the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise. This paper is to use the thought of refined management to design the logistics fine management plan of the large hospital in Shanxi, and to explore a suitable logistics development way for the large hospital in Shanxi. This topic is divided into six chapters to analyze and study the logistics management of the large hospital in Shanxi. First, the background, meaning, method and content of the topic are clarified. Then, the paper sums up the idea of fine management at home and abroad as the basis of the thesis, and finds out the existing problems in the logistics management of the large hospital in Shanxi through the way of satisfaction survey, and the logistics management system and service process of the large hospital in Shanxi Province. An in-depth analysis of the problems found in the cost management and personnel management is to find out the potential obstacles in the logistics management of the large hospitals in Shanxi. And a specific solution strategy is adopted for the found problem, and the adopted strategy is designed to be a refined management scheme. Finally, it is concluded that the implementation effect and the research conclusion after the refined management scheme are adopted. The logistics management level of the large hospital in Shanxi is obviously improved, the results of the research are applicable to the hospital logistics management and have strong operability, and can be used as the reference case of the hospital logistics fine management reform, and is extended to the logistics management of each hospital.
