【摘要】：隨著煙草行業(yè)信息化的逐步深入，如何實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)分散在煙草企業(yè)各個(gè)層級(jí)單位個(gè)體的不同工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)整合統(tǒng)一，實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享，做到整合資源，統(tǒng)一調(diào)度，降低企業(yè)整體運(yùn)營(yíng)成本，提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，并且能夠保護(hù)前期投資，不是推翻重來(lái)，以達(dá)到企業(yè)利益最大化，是目前煙草行業(yè)信息化需要解決的問(wèn)題和面臨的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。 本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前企業(yè)信息化領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)架構(gòu)和國(guó)際上項(xiàng)目管理的先進(jìn)理念PMI(Project Management Institute)項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)體系。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的研究和梳理，，以求發(fā)現(xiàn)一種適合解決我國(guó)煙草行業(yè)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理難題和挑戰(zhàn)的解決方案。 本文結(jié)合湖南煙葉復(fù)烤有限公司的科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目《工程建設(shè)制度管理模式》，深入研究分析了煙草行業(yè)的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理需求，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于SOA框架的煙草行業(yè)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)(PMIS)，系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試結(jié)果證明該設(shè)計(jì)方案很好的滿足了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)需求。 該系統(tǒng)主要模塊包括投資規(guī)劃管理、采購(gòu)招標(biāo)管理、合同管理、計(jì)劃進(jìn)度管理、成本管理、質(zhì)量管理、變更管理、文檔資源管理等，系統(tǒng)基于微軟．NET平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)的，采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)，主要服務(wù)接口采用web service方式，支持遠(yuǎn)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公、分布式辦公與移動(dòng)辦公。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of tobacco industry information, how to realize the integration and unification of different engineering construction project management system, realize data sharing, achieve integration of resources, unified scheduling, and how to realize the integration and unification of different engineering construction project management systems scattered in tobacco enterprises at all levels and individuals. To reduce the overall operating cost, improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, and protect the pre-investment, not overturn the re-entry, to maximize the interests of the enterprise, is the current tobacco industry information needs to solve the problem and face a huge challenge. This paper combines the current research hotspot of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) in the field of enterprise informatization and the advanced concept of project management in the world PMI (Project Management Institute) project management knowledge system. Through the research and combing of the existing project management system at home and abroad in order to find a solution suitable for solving the problems and challenges of the project management of the tobacco industry in China. Based on the scientific and technological project of Hunan tobacco leaf redrying co., Ltd. "the management mode of engineering construction system", this paper makes a deep study and analysis on the demand of the project management of tobacco industry The test results of the tobacco industry project construction project management system (PMIS), system based on SOA framework show that the design scheme meets the system design requirements very well. The main modules of the system include investment planning management, procurement bidding management, contract management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, change management, document resource management, etc. The system is based on Microsoft. Net platform. It adopts B / S structure, main service interface adopts web service mode, supports remote network office, distributed office and mobile office.
