【摘要】：本文闡述了高校圖書(shū)館流通業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀及業(yè)務(wù)外包的必要性,從用工成本、管理成本、人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)等方面論述了流通業(yè)務(wù)外包的可行性,并對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出了幾點(diǎn)合理化建議。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the present situation of circulation business in university library and the necessity of outsourcing, and discusses the feasibility of circulation outsourcing from aspects of labor cost, management cost, human resource structure, etc. At the same time, some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the possible problems.
