【摘要】：新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)作為我國西部大開發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略地區(qū),其價格總水平與全國基本上保持一致,但是零售商品物價(RPI)卻遠遠高于全國的平均水平(約合20個百分點),這嚴重地影響了新疆居民的生活質(zhì)量。文章根據(jù)新凱恩斯主義的AD-AS理論,通過運用聯(lián)立方程模型與VAR模型對其影響因素做出了分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)新疆運費成本是造成當前RPI偏高的貢獻度約為25%,成為最主要的影響因素,供求沖擊對新疆RPI存在較長期的效應,并且發(fā)現(xiàn)新疆RPI存在著明顯的剛性現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, as a strategic region in the development of the western region of China, has basically kept the price level in line with that of the whole country, but the (RPI) of retail commodity prices is far above the national average (about 20 percentage points). This seriously affected the quality of life of Xinjiang residents. According to the new Keynesian AD-AS theory, this paper analyzes the influence factors by using the simultaneous equation model and the VAR model. It is found that the contribution of freight cost in Xinjiang is about 25% of the current high RPI. The impact of supply and demand has a long-term effect on Xinjiang RPI, and it is found that Xinjiang RPI has obvious rigidity phenomenon.
