面向服務(wù)的制藥企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)集成研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近幾十年來,現(xiàn)代制藥企業(yè)紛紛引入各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)來提升信息化水平,然而各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)不同歷史時(shí)期的業(yè)務(wù)需求所建立的,其存儲(chǔ)的數(shù)據(jù)類型和形式更是千差萬別,各數(shù)據(jù)源具有異構(gòu)性和分布性的特點(diǎn)。這就導(dǎo)致了系統(tǒng)之間無法進(jìn)行有效的數(shù)據(jù)通訊和共享,妨礙了信息資源的使用性,造成了大量的垃圾數(shù)據(jù)、冗余數(shù)據(jù),形成了“信息孤島”,這嚴(yán)重阻礙了現(xiàn)代制藥企業(yè)的信息化的發(fā)展。因此,為各分布異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)源提供一種全新而高效的集成方法,對(duì)于現(xiàn)代制藥企業(yè)信息化的建設(shè)顯得尤為重要。 本文針對(duì)某制藥企業(yè)HZ公司ABC成本控制系統(tǒng)與NC用友財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)交互中數(shù)據(jù)集成問題展開研究,結(jié)合面向服務(wù)構(gòu)架(SOA)、Web Services技術(shù)、XML技術(shù)等數(shù)據(jù)集成相關(guān)技術(shù)和方法,利用Microsoft.NET平臺(tái)、C#語言為主要開發(fā)語言、SQL Server2008為數(shù)據(jù)庫,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向服務(wù)和作業(yè)成本計(jì)算的數(shù)據(jù)集成平臺(tái)。在點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)集成的基礎(chǔ)上,由于公司作業(yè)成本控制的需要,研究了基于數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的生產(chǎn)管理方法及應(yīng)用。概括起來,主要工作內(nèi)容如下: 1.本文首先闡述了課題的研究背景,介紹國內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)集成技術(shù)方法與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了現(xiàn)代制藥企業(yè)信息化過程中存在的問題,并結(jié)合實(shí)際提出了課題研究的必要性。 2.分析和研究面向服務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)集成的相關(guān)理論。包括數(shù)據(jù)集成的概念和方法、面向服務(wù)構(gòu)架(SOA)以及Web Services技術(shù),并闡述了基于數(shù)據(jù)集成的生產(chǎn)管理的企業(yè)需求。該部分為研究面向服務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)集成的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。 3.設(shè)計(jì)了面向服務(wù)的制藥企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)集成模型。在面向服務(wù)構(gòu)架的基礎(chǔ)上,提出面向服務(wù)的制藥企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)集成方法和數(shù)據(jù)集成模型,該模型是實(shí)現(xiàn)ABC成本計(jì)算系統(tǒng)與用友NC財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵。 4.實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向服務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)集成系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)面向服務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)集成模型,設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)接口體系結(jié)構(gòu),采用B/S架構(gòu),利用Microsoft.NET平臺(tái)、C#語言為主要開發(fā)語言、SQL Server2008為數(shù)據(jù)庫,實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向服務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)集成系統(tǒng),,完成了ABC成本計(jì)算系統(tǒng)與用友NC財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)交互。 5.提出基于數(shù)據(jù)集成的生產(chǎn)管理方法。在生產(chǎn)成本管理模型的基礎(chǔ)上,提出以作業(yè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)為基礎(chǔ)的統(tǒng)計(jì)算法,設(shè)計(jì)了面向作業(yè)成本控制的生產(chǎn)管理方法,并將其應(yīng)用于HZ公司某車間。加強(qiáng)了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本控制的科學(xué)性和精確性,提高了生產(chǎn)效益。 經(jīng)過在企業(yè)應(yīng)用證明,本文設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的面向服務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)集成系統(tǒng)能夠很好的滿足企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)集成的需求,不僅能夠有效屏蔽數(shù)據(jù)源的分布性、異構(gòu)性和自治性的問題,而且還保證了數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)陌踩砸约翱煽啃浴C嫦蚍⻊?wù)的數(shù)據(jù)集成模型還具有一定的通用性,可適用于其它制造業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)集成系統(tǒng)的開發(fā);跀(shù)據(jù)集成的生產(chǎn)管理方法能夠有效控制企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本,為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度和決策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, modern pharmaceutical enterprises have introduced various business systems to enhance the level of information. However, the business systems are established according to the business requirements of different historical periods, and the data types and forms stored are even more varied. Each data source has the characteristics of heterogeneity and distribution. This leads to the failure of effective data communication and sharing between systems, hinders the use of information resources, creates a large amount of garbage data, redundant data, and forms an "information island". This seriously hinders the development of information technology of modern pharmaceutical enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to provide a new and efficient integration method for distributed heterogeneous data sources, which is especially important for the information construction of modern pharmaceutical enterprises. In this paper, the data integration between ABC cost control system of a pharmaceutical company HZ company and NC customer finance system is studied, and some related technologies and methods of data integration, such as (SOA), Web Services technology and XML technology, are combined. Using Microsoft.NET platform, C # language as the main development language and SQL Server2008 as the database, the data integration platform of service-oriented and activity-based costing is designed and implemented. On the basis of point-to-point data integration, the data-driven production management method and its application are studied because of the need of Activity-Based cost Control (ABC). To sum up, the main contents of the work are as follows: 1. In this paper, the background of the research is described, the methods and development of data integration technology at home and abroad are introduced, the existing problems in the process of information technology in modern pharmaceutical enterprises are analyzed, and the necessity of the research is put forward. 2. This paper analyzes and studies the theory of service-oriented data integration. It includes the concept and method of data integration, service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Web Services technology, and expounds the enterprise requirements of production management based on data integration. This part is the technical foundation of researching service-oriented data integration. 3. A service-oriented data integration model for pharmaceutical enterprises is designed. Based on the service-oriented framework, a service-oriented data integration method and a data integration model for pharmaceutical enterprises are proposed. The model is the key to the implementation of ABC cost calculation system and user friend NC financial system. 4. The service-oriented data integration system is implemented. According to the service-oriented data integration model, the data interface architecture is designed. The system uses B / S architecture, Microsoft.NET platform, C # language as the main development language, SQL Server2008 as the database, and realizes the service-oriented data integration system. The data interaction between the ABC costing system and the user friend NC financial system is completed. 5. A production management method based on data integration is proposed. Based on the model of production cost management, a statistical algorithm based on the key points of activity is proposed, and a production management method oriented to activity cost control is designed and applied to a workshop of HZ Company. Strengthened the enterprise production cost control scientific nature and the accuracy, improved the production benefit. Through the application in the enterprise, it is proved that the service-oriented data integration system designed and implemented in this paper can well meet the demand of enterprise data integration, and not only can effectively shield the distribution, heterogeneity and autonomy of data sources. It also ensures the security and reliability of data transmission. The service-oriented data integration model is also universal and can be applied to the development of other manufacturing enterprise data integration systems. The production management method based on data integration can effectively control the production cost and provide the basis for production scheduling and decision making.
