【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐步完善,現(xiàn)代化市場(chǎng)逐步擴(kuò)大,項(xiàng)目成本管理的重要性也日益為人們所認(rèn)識(shí),其地位也越來(lái)越重要。作為水電施工企業(yè),其日常經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)不僅在于向社會(huì)提供產(chǎn)品,同時(shí)也在于追求企業(yè)的最大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,其本質(zhì)降本增效,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)自身的良性發(fā)展,才能在日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the gradual improvement of market economy and the expansion of modern market, the importance of project cost management is becoming more and more important. As a hydropower construction enterprise, its daily operation is not only to provide the products to the society, but also to pursue the greatest economic benefit of the enterprise, its essence is to reduce the cost and increase efficiency, and to realize the benign development of the enterprise itself. Ability in the increasingly fierce market competition in an invincible position.
