【摘要】：在知識管理時代,知識共享在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化公共治理中的地位和作用日益凸顯。它對于擴充網(wǎng)絡(luò)化公共治理中的知識存量,提升治理主體創(chuàng)新能力,促進網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員間相互信任,提高公共治理效率具有重要的意義。然而,由于受到知識本身屬性、知識共享主體和知識共享環(huán)境等多種因素的影響,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化公共治理中知識共享活動并非易事。這就需要通過樹立知識共享的基本理念、建立知識共享的激勵機制、構(gòu)建知識共享的技術(shù)平臺和加強知識共享管理等措施,促進知識共享在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化公共治理中有效進行,進而推動網(wǎng)絡(luò)化公共治理目標的順利實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge management, knowledge sharing plays an increasingly important role in networked public governance. It is of great significance to expand the knowledge stock in networked public governance, to enhance the innovation ability of governance subjects, to promote mutual trust among network members, and to improve the efficiency of public governance. However, knowledge sharing activities in networked public governance are not easy because of the influence of many factors, such as the attribute of knowledge itself, the subject of knowledge sharing and the environment of knowledge sharing. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the basic concept of knowledge sharing, establish the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing, construct the technical platform of knowledge sharing and strengthen the management of knowledge sharing, so as to promote the effective implementation of knowledge sharing in the network public governance. And then promote the network of public governance goals to achieve smoothly.
