【摘要】：近幾年來,隨著我國市場經濟的不斷發(fā)展,我國國有企業(yè)的發(fā)展空間也得到了很大的提升,同時國企也面臨著較大的市場競爭的壓力,很多國企為了提升自身的綜合競爭實力,逐漸加大了全面成本管理的重視程度,通過全面預算管理可以進一步降低國企的運營成本,提高國企的經濟效益,然而國企在進行全面成本管理的過程中還存在著一些問題,不利于全面成本管理工作的順利進行。本文從全面成本管理的基本理論出發(fā),分析了國企全面成本管理實施中的問題,并提出了幾點提高國企全面成本管理水平的對策,列舉了全面成本管理成功案例分析,目的在于提高國企全面預算管理工作的效率,提高國企的綜合競爭實力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of China's market economy, the development space of state-owned enterprises in China has also been greatly enhanced. At the same time, state-owned enterprises are also facing greater pressure of market competition. In order to enhance their comprehensive competitive strength, many state-owned enterprises, Gradually increased the overall cost management, through the comprehensive budget management can further reduce the operating costs of state-owned enterprises, improve the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises. However, there are still some problems in the process of overall cost management in state-owned enterprises. It is not conducive to the smooth progress of overall cost management. Based on the basic theory of total cost management, this paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of total cost management of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the level of overall cost management of state-owned enterprises, and enumerates the successful cases of total cost management. The purpose is to improve the efficiency of the comprehensive budget management and the comprehensive competitive strength of the state-owned enterprises.
