[Abstract]:With the economic transformation of our country and the strong support of the state to the small and medium-sized enterprises in the economic policy, on the one hand, the small and medium-sized enterprises occupy a more and more important position in the development of the national economy, and have got the rapid development, on the other hand, In the process of development, small and medium-sized enterprises also have to face the decline of competitiveness brought by the rising cost of manpower, hardware, raw materials and management. How to improve the production efficiency, reduce the operating cost and deliver goods on time in the increasingly mature market economy and fierce market competition environment has become a difficult problem to be solved by many small and medium-sized enterprises. On the basis of synthetically analyzing the theory and method of optimizing the elements of production operation system, this paper takes the production and operation system of Xintie Deo switch Co., Ltd as the research object, and applies theory to practice. In the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the problems existing in the production line balance elements in the structured elements are analyzed and optimized. Through the quantitative analysis of each workshop line balance rate, monthly production capacity and productivity, we find out the problems existing in the balance of the whole production line. Then, the balance theory of lean production theory is used to optimize the balance of each workshop and the whole production line quantitatively. The problems of equipment management, inventory control and production planning are qualitatively analyzed, and the problems are qualitatively optimized. Finally, the paper makes quantitative and qualitative analysis and comparison on the expected effect of optimization of production operation system, and expounds the principles and matters needing attention in the implementation of optimization. This paper provides a concrete implementation method for the optimization of production and operation system of Xintie de'ao turnout Co., Ltd. It has guiding significance for similar enterprises to optimize the production and operation system. This paper provides a method for flexible application of lean production theory in enterprises.
