【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)部門,屬于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)。建筑業(yè)與我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展以及人民生活水平的提高有著緊密的關(guān)系。我國目前仍處于社會主義初級階段,處于從低收入向中等收入過度階段,還需要進(jìn)行大規(guī)�；A(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),這無疑會促進(jìn)建筑業(yè)的快速增長。從改革開放以來,建筑業(yè)的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,國內(nèi)建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)值增長了近30多倍,建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)值占國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的比重從2.4%增加到了7.0%,成為拉動國民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的不可或缺的力量。和許多其它行業(yè)一樣,建筑行業(yè)的最終目標(biāo)是尋求自身效益的最大化,從各方面來控制成本無疑成為唯一的有效選擇。本文首先從工程項(xiàng)目成本控制的相關(guān)理論出發(fā),綜合分析了工程項(xiàng)目成本的構(gòu)成、控制方法,以北京六建公司承建的中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行河北省分行新建科技培訓(xùn)樓工程為例,分析了項(xiàng)目成本控制現(xiàn)狀與問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目成本控制中存在的問題和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。其次對農(nóng)行科技培訓(xùn)樓項(xiàng)目成本控制問題成因分析。最后提出了強(qiáng)化農(nóng)行科技培訓(xùn)樓工程項(xiàng)目成本控制的對策：提高人員對成本控制的認(rèn)識,建立完善的成本管理體系,進(jìn)行全過程成本控制,并且從控制、技術(shù)、組織、經(jīng)濟(jì)和合同等層面提出了建議。這些建議展現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目成本控制的重要作用,希望有助于提高企業(yè)成本控制水平。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the important material production department in the national economy, belongs to the tertiary industry. The construction industry is closely related to the healthy development of our economy and the improvement of people's living standard. At present, our country is still in the primary stage of socialism, in the stage of transition from low income to middle income, and needs a large scale of infrastructure construction, which will undoubtedly promote the rapid growth of the construction industry. Since the reform and opening up, the scale of the construction industry has been continuously expanded, the output value of the domestic construction industry has increased by more than 30 times, the proportion of the construction industry output value to the gross domestic product has increased from 2.4% to 7.0%, which has become an indispensable force for the rapid development of the national economy. Like many other industries, the ultimate goal of the construction industry is to maximize its own benefits. Cost control from all aspects is undoubtedly the only effective choice. Based on the related theory of project cost control, this paper analyzes the composition and control method of project cost, taking the new science and technology training building project of Hebei Branch of Agricultural Bank of China as an example. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of project cost control, and finds out the problems and weak links in project cost control. Secondly, the paper analyzes the cause of cost control of Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) Science and Technology training Building. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the cost control of the project of the Agricultural Bank of China's Science and Technology training Building: improving the personnel's understanding of the cost control, establishing the perfect cost management system, carrying on the whole process cost control, and from the control, the technology, the organization, Suggestions are made at the economic and contract levels. These suggestions demonstrate the important role of project cost control, hoping to help improve the level of cost control.
