“宜家家居”商場改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:對于工程項(xiàng)目管理來說,進(jìn)度管理是與質(zhì)量管理、成本管理并列的三大管理方向之一,也是一個建設(shè)項(xiàng)目是否成功的決定性原因。從我國建筑行業(yè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際運(yùn)用情況來看,專業(yè)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理工具和方法在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用狀況并不普遍。如何提高進(jìn)度管理的水平,是許多商場裝飾項(xiàng)目迫切需要解決的問題。本文以項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的理論為基礎(chǔ),探討了宜家項(xiàng)目施工中的進(jìn)度管理問題,同時也分析了這些問題的成因。本文還介紹了工程預(yù)算管理在項(xiàng)目中的作用,重點(diǎn)介紹了工程預(yù)算體系在宜家項(xiàng)目的建立和其在該項(xiàng)目中起到的作用。這一預(yù)算管理體系將在宜家其它類似工程項(xiàng)目中起到很好的借鑒作用。另外介紹了關(guān)于工程項(xiàng)目總計(jì)劃的編制方式,并且探討了改造項(xiàng)目的工期估算方法,重點(diǎn)介紹了掙值管理法在項(xiàng)目管理中對進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的監(jiān)控方法。特別提出了在宜家項(xiàng)目管理過程中時間管理和工期制定的方法,能有效地指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工作,具有借鑒作用。 根據(jù)宜家的規(guī)定,運(yùn)營超過5年的商場將進(jìn)行大型的基礎(chǔ)改造工作,以滿足商場的運(yùn)營需求及新產(chǎn)品的推廣需求,同時讓顧客有一種新的安全購物環(huán)境體驗(yàn)。在新的環(huán)境中顧客可以集中在尋找適合自己的靈感。本文就宜家項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究,探討宜家項(xiàng)目工程的時間管理和工程預(yù)算,將宜家家居商場的改造經(jīng)驗(yàn)推廣至全國的商場改造項(xiàng)目中。探討在宜家項(xiàng)目過程中,如何科學(xué)的運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理知識進(jìn)行管理,這也是宜家項(xiàng)目成敗的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:For engineering project management, schedule management is one of the three management directions parallel with quality management and cost management, and it is also the decisive reason for the success of a construction project. From the practical application of construction projects in China, the application of professional project schedule management tools and methods in actual projects is not universal. How to improve the level of progress management is an urgent problem to be solved in many shopping mall decoration projects. Based on the theory of project management system, this paper discusses the progress management problems in Ikea project construction, and analyzes the causes of these problems. This paper also introduces the role of project budget management in the project, with emphasis on the establishment of the project budget system in Ikea project and its role in the project. This budget management system will play a good role in other similar Ikea projects. In addition, this paper introduces the way of compiling the master plan of engineering project, probes into the method of estimating the time limit of the reconstruction project, and emphatically introduces the method of monitoring the progress plan in the project management by the method of earned value management. In particular, the method of time management and time limit formulation in Ikea project management process is put forward, which can guide practical work effectively and can be used for reference. According to Ikea, stores that have been operating for more than five years will undergo major infrastructure improvements to meet their operational needs and new product promotion needs, while giving customers a new experience of safe shopping environments. In a new environment, customers can focus on finding inspiration that suits them. This paper studies the Ikea project, discusses the time management and project budget of the Ikea project, and popularizes the experience of the Ikea shopping mall transformation in the whole country. In the process of Ikea project, how to use the knowledge of project schedule management to manage it scientifically is the key to success or failure of Ikea project.
