“宜家家居”商場改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:For engineering project management, schedule management is one of the three management directions parallel with quality management and cost management, and it is also the decisive reason for the success of a construction project. From the practical application of construction projects in China, the application of professional project schedule management tools and methods in actual projects is not universal. How to improve the level of progress management is an urgent problem to be solved in many shopping mall decoration projects. Based on the theory of project management system, this paper discusses the progress management problems in Ikea project construction, and analyzes the causes of these problems. This paper also introduces the role of project budget management in the project, with emphasis on the establishment of the project budget system in Ikea project and its role in the project. This budget management system will play a good role in other similar Ikea projects. In addition, this paper introduces the way of compiling the master plan of engineering project, probes into the method of estimating the time limit of the reconstruction project, and emphatically introduces the method of monitoring the progress plan in the project management by the method of earned value management. In particular, the method of time management and time limit formulation in Ikea project management process is put forward, which can guide practical work effectively and can be used for reference. According to Ikea, stores that have been operating for more than five years will undergo major infrastructure improvements to meet their operational needs and new product promotion needs, while giving customers a new experience of safe shopping environments. In a new environment, customers can focus on finding inspiration that suits them. This paper studies the Ikea project, discusses the time management and project budget of the Ikea project, and popularizes the experience of the Ikea shopping mall transformation in the whole country. In the process of Ikea project, how to use the knowledge of project schedule management to manage it scientifically is the key to success or failure of Ikea project.
