【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)重要地位。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)也在經(jīng)歷著突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展。國(guó)家出臺(tái)了一系列建筑行業(yè)的相關(guān)政策來抑制建筑業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,對(duì)于建筑業(yè)來講無疑將帶來一定的挑戰(zhàn)。與此同時(shí),建筑業(yè)資源浪費(fèi)、成本控制效率低下、材料費(fèi)用高、人工成本不斷上漲等問題層出不窮,工程項(xiàng)目施工成本控制過程、方法、措施等方面存在大量不足和漏洞。如何有效地進(jìn)行成本控制,變得越來越重要,越來越值得深入研究。對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)而言,效益是決定其存亡的重要因素,而成本是決定效益高低的關(guān)鍵因素,建筑業(yè)的企業(yè)也不例外[1]。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也變得十分激烈,建筑行業(yè)也不例外,行業(yè)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也愈變愈烈。然而,行業(yè)效益卻逐年下降,作為項(xiàng)目施工管理的重要一部分的項(xiàng)目施工成本控制對(duì)企業(yè)的生死存亡起著至關(guān)重要的作用,成本管理工作的好壞直接影響單位的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的局勢(shì)對(duì)建筑施工企業(yè)來講無疑是個(gè)沉重的壓力和打擊。項(xiàng)目施工成本控制問題逐漸被人們關(guān)注起來,行業(yè)人士也越來越意識(shí)到項(xiàng)目施工成本控制的重要性[2]。因此,研究北京市設(shè)備安裝工程集團(tuán)有限公司清河再生水廠二期工程項(xiàng)目施工成本控制方案對(duì)于提高企業(yè)效益水平、降低施工成本、節(jié)約資源具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論意義。本文以清河再生水廠二期工程項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)施工階段成本控制進(jìn)行研究。通過對(duì)一期工程項(xiàng)目施工成本控制進(jìn)行深入分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)清河再生水廠工程項(xiàng)目在施工成本控制這方面產(chǎn)生的不足和缺陷,并在將總結(jié)出的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與二期項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,做好二期工程項(xiàng)目施工成本控制工作。在項(xiàng)目管理、成本管理等相關(guān)理論知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用實(shí)踐與理論相結(jié)合的方法以及基本的管理學(xué)研究方法,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目施工成本控制的原理與方法對(duì)該工程項(xiàng)目的施工成本控制問題進(jìn)行研究,為北京市設(shè)備安裝工程集團(tuán)有限公司清河再生水廠二期工程項(xiàng)目施工成本控制提出改進(jìn)措施,提高施工成本管理效率,節(jié)約成本、減少浪費(fèi),提高公司的效益。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the pillar industry of China's economy and occupies an important position in the national economy. With the rapid development of the economy, the construction industry is also experiencing rapid development. At the same time, the construction industry waste of resources, low cost control efficiency, high material costs, rising labor costs and other issues emerge in an endless stream, project construction cost control process, methods, measures and other aspects of a large number of shortcomings and loopholes. As far as the enterprise is concerned, the benefit is an important factor to decide its survival, and the cost is the key factor to decide the benefit, so is the construction enterprise [1].With the rapid development of the economy, the market competition has become very fierce, the construction industry is no exception, and the market competition in the industry has become increasingly fierce. The cost control of project construction, an important part of project construction management, plays a vital role in the survival and death of the enterprise. The quality of cost management directly affects the economic benefits of the unit. People pay more and more attention to it, and people in the industry are more and more aware of the importance of project construction cost control [2]. This paper takes the second phase of Qinghe Recycling Water Plant as the research object, and studies the cost control in the construction phase. Through the in-depth analysis of the construction cost control of the first phase of the project, it finds out the shortcomings and defects in the construction cost control of the Qinghe Recycling Water Plant project, and will summarize them. On the basis of combining the experience with the characteristics of the second-phase project, the construction cost control work of the second-phase project should be done well. The construction cost control of the project is studied, and the improvement measures are put forward for the construction cost control of the second phase project of Qinghe Recycling Water Plant of Beijing Equipment and Installation Engineering Group Co., Ltd. to improve the construction cost management efficiency, save cost, reduce waste and improve the company's efficiency.
