【摘要】：風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目具有工期短、涉及專業(yè)多、不可預(yù)見因素多等顯著特點(diǎn)。通過施工準(zhǔn)備階段的經(jīng)營策劃發(fā)揮主動(dòng)控制的優(yōu)勢(shì),確保目標(biāo)成本的實(shí)現(xiàn)。從風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營管理實(shí)際需要出發(fā),總結(jié)借鑒有關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)營管理成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),深入探討經(jīng)營策劃的細(xì)節(jié),旨在提高經(jīng)營策劃書編制的實(shí)用性、針對(duì)性和可操作性,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營策劃對(duì)施工成本管理的指導(dǎo)性作用。
[Abstract]:Wind power project has the characteristics of short construction period, professional involvement, unpredictable factors and so on. Take advantage of active control through management planning in construction preparation stage to ensure the realization of target cost. Based on the practical needs of wind power project management, this paper summarizes and draws lessons from the successful experience of management and management of relevant industries, and probes into the details of business planning in order to improve the practicability, pertinence and maneuverability of the compilation of business planning books. Truly realize the guiding effect of management planning on construction cost management.
