聊城聯(lián)通2010年WCDMA無(wú)線網(wǎng)工程建設(shè)方案及實(shí)施研究

【摘要】:隨著全球3G牌照的發(fā)放,目前WCDMA是世界上第三代移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)的三個(gè)通信體制之一,是移動(dòng)通信未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)正在建設(shè)和發(fā)展3G網(wǎng)絡(luò),基于WCDMA的發(fā)展將是在一段很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間內(nèi)研究的課題。WCDMA具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)速度快、支持業(yè)務(wù)最廣泛、終端種類最多、國(guó)內(nèi)覆蓋廣泛、開(kāi)通國(guó)家最廣,可漫游的國(guó)家和地區(qū)最多等優(yōu)勢(shì),用戶規(guī)模不斷增大,WCDMA的設(shè)備市場(chǎng)日趨成熟,3G設(shè)備已經(jīng)成為通信設(shè)備的主流。WCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)中相關(guān)的移動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)也逐漸成熟,很大程度上提升了用戶的感知度和相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的黏性。2010年聊城聯(lián)通根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)需求,決定建設(shè)WCDMA無(wú)線網(wǎng)工程。本工程屬于通信工程,具有通信工程的一般特性。在工程決策階段,摸清網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行大量的調(diào)研和考證,確定了本期工程的建設(shè)規(guī)模和投資規(guī)模,制訂了本工程的基本建設(shè)方案。在工程實(shí)施階段,根據(jù)工程的特點(diǎn),將項(xiàng)目管理理論知識(shí)充分運(yùn)用到工程中,充分闡述了工程的質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、成本的管理,同時(shí)也對(duì)工程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行控制,對(duì)工程的經(jīng)濟(jì)性做出評(píng)價(jià)。本文通過(guò)理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,淺析項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)在工程中的應(yīng)用,解決了一些實(shí)際問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)通信工程中的項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)運(yùn)用展開(kāi)了一定的研究,對(duì)以后相關(guān)工程的研究和實(shí)施提供了一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。本文首先論述了WCDMA無(wú)線網(wǎng)的概念、特點(diǎn)以及理論基礎(chǔ),同時(shí),對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了一定程度的探討。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)聊城聯(lián)通WCDMA無(wú)線網(wǎng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證調(diào)研,闡述了聊城聯(lián)通WCDMA無(wú)線網(wǎng)建設(shè)背景和特色內(nèi)容,闡述聊城聯(lián)通WCDMA無(wú)線網(wǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目總體規(guī)劃和方案設(shè)計(jì),闡述了工程的質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、成本管理,分析項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的難點(diǎn)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出保障措施。最后,歸納所做的工作,總結(jié)當(dāng)前研究結(jié)果,對(duì)WCDMA無(wú)線網(wǎng)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展前景和趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行闡述。
[Abstract]:With the issuance of 3G license worldwide, WCDMA is one of the three communication systems of the third generation mobile communication system in the world, which is the development trend of mobile communication in the future. Our country is building and developing 3G network, the development based on WCDMA will be the research subject for a long time. WCDMA has the most extensive network speed, the most extensive supporting service, the most kinds of terminals, the extensive domestic coverage and the most extensive opening of the country. With the most advantages of roaming countries and regions, the equipment market of WCDMA is becoming more and more mature. 3G equipment has become the mainstream of communication equipment. WCDMA network related mobile data services are also gradually mature. In 2010, Liaocheng Unicom decided to build WCDMA wireless network project according to business development and market demand. The project belongs to communication engineering and has the general characteristics of communication engineering. In the stage of project decision-making, the present situation of the network is found out, a large number of investigations and textual research are carried out on the basic data, the construction scale and investment scale of the current project are determined, and the capital construction scheme of the project is worked out. In the stage of project implementation, according to the characteristics of the project, the theory of project management is fully applied to the project, and the management of the quality, schedule and cost of the project is fully expounded. At the same time, the risk of the project is also controlled. The economy of the project is evaluated. Based on the combination of theory and practice, this paper analyzes the application of project management knowledge in engineering, and solves some practical problems. This paper has carried out some research on the application of project management knowledge in communication engineering, and has provided some guidance and reference for the research and implementation of related projects in the future. In this paper, the concept, characteristics and theoretical basis of WCDMA wireless network are first discussed. At the same time, the basic theoretical knowledge of project management is discussed to a certain extent. On this basis, this paper has carried on the empirical investigation to the Liaocheng Unicom WCDMA wireless network, elaborated the Liaocheng Unicom WCDMA wireless network construction background and the characteristic content, elaborated Liaocheng Unicom WCDMA wireless network construction project master plan and the scheme design. This paper expounds the quality, schedule and cost management of the project, analyzes the difficulties and risks that may appear in the course of the project implementation, and puts forward the safeguard measures. Finally, the paper summarizes the work done, summarizes the current research results, and expounds the development prospect and trend of WCDMA wireless network.
