基于生命周期成本的知識(shí)庫(kù)構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:摘要:目前生命周期成本領(lǐng)域的本體理論已發(fā)展成熟,但是在該領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)管理研究工作在國(guó)內(nèi)外還處于不斷發(fā)展的階段,尤其是機(jī)械制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品的生命周期過程相對(duì)繁雜,涉及的產(chǎn)品生命周期成本領(lǐng)域知識(shí)眾多,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究機(jī)構(gòu)都致力于研究具有推理、查詢功能的知識(shí)庫(kù)系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)中生命周期成本管理的智能化。 本文以制造業(yè)為視角,將該領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)品生命周期成本管理活動(dòng)涉及的相關(guān)知識(shí)和本體知識(shí)庫(kù)構(gòu)建聯(lián)系起來,以結(jié)合了七步法及評(píng)價(jià)法思想的新的本體構(gòu)建方法作指導(dǎo),研究了生命周期成本領(lǐng)域本體的構(gòu)建、存儲(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)了知識(shí)庫(kù)的推理及查詢功能,為制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品成本管理領(lǐng)域人員建立可共享,可重用的生命周期成本知識(shí)庫(kù)提供了參考。 首先,本文綜合評(píng)價(jià)了幾種經(jīng)典的本體評(píng)價(jià)方法,并提出了將七步法及評(píng)價(jià)法相結(jié)合的新的本體構(gòu)建方法,該方法有效保證了領(lǐng)域本體在理論邏輯及實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的正確性,奠定了研究的價(jià)值基礎(chǔ)。然后,本文通過分析制造業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程以及文獻(xiàn)查閱方式獲取了領(lǐng)域知識(shí),給出了生命周期成本本體的概念模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)生命周期成本領(lǐng)域本體進(jìn)行了OWL語言表示,實(shí)現(xiàn)了知識(shí)庫(kù)本體數(shù)據(jù)的關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)方案。并且,以數(shù)據(jù)流及工作流的形式詳細(xì)說明了知識(shí)庫(kù)的推理活動(dòng)流程,建立了獨(dú)立的規(guī)則庫(kù),借助Jena綜合框架內(nèi)的本體推理機(jī),以本體加規(guī)則的推理方式有效解決了知識(shí)庫(kù)的推理問題。最后探討了基于SPARQL語言的領(lǐng)域知識(shí)庫(kù)查詢功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),以及知識(shí)庫(kù)的維護(hù)、更新工作。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the ontology theory in the field of life cycle cost has been developed at present, but the research work of knowledge management in this field is still in the stage of continuous development at home and abroad, especially the life cycle process of machinery manufacturing products is relatively complicated. There are a lot of knowledge in product lifecycle cost field. Domestic and foreign research institutions are devoted to the research of knowledge base system with reasoning and query function in order to realize the intellectualization of life cycle cost management in enterprise production. In this paper, from the perspective of manufacturing industry, the related knowledge involved in product lifecycle cost management activities in this field is connected with the construction of ontology knowledge base, and the new ontology construction method, which combines the seven-step method and the evaluation method, is used as the guide. The construction and storage of lifecycle cost domain ontology are studied, and the reasoning and query functions of knowledge base are realized, which provides a reference for the establishment of shared and reusable life cycle cost knowledge base in the field of manufacturing product cost management. Firstly, this paper synthetically evaluates several classical ontology evaluation methods, and puts forward a new ontology construction method which combines seven steps method and evaluation method. This method effectively ensures the correctness of domain ontology in theoretical logic and practical application. Established the value foundation of the research. Then, the domain knowledge is acquired by analyzing the manufacturing business process and literature consulting, and the concept model of lifecycle cost ontology is given. On this basis, the life cycle cost domain ontology is represented by OWL language. The relational database storage scheme of knowledge base ontology data is implemented. Furthermore, the reasoning activity flow of the knowledge base is explained in detail in the form of data flow and workflow, and an independent rule base is established, and the ontology inference engine in the framework of Jena synthesis is used. The reasoning problem of knowledge base is effectively solved by ontology plus rule reasoning. Finally, the realization of domain knowledge base query function based on SPARQL language, the maintenance and updating of knowledge base are discussed.
