【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的逐步擴(kuò)大,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也變得越發(fā)激烈。完善的管理、信息的高速獲取以及先進(jìn)的技術(shù)等已成為企業(yè)能夠長(zhǎng)期立于不敗之地必要條件。物資采購(gòu)是企業(yè)成本管理中極其重要的環(huán)節(jié),蕪湖新興鑄管有限責(zé)任公司物資采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)主要是根據(jù)本公司實(shí)際情況研制開發(fā)的一款系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定且操作簡(jiǎn)單,實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果證明該系統(tǒng)能夠有效減少管理人員的工作量,避免誤操作,提高采購(gòu)部門的辦事效率。本文主要介紹了蕪湖新興鑄管有限責(zé)任公司物資采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)方案,分析了系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊,并闡述了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中若干關(guān)鍵性技術(shù),實(shí)踐證明該系統(tǒng)具有可靠性、靈活性和通用性等特點(diǎn)。蕪湖新興鑄管有限責(zé)任公司開發(fā)采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)的重要目的,是在推行現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的進(jìn)程中,將企業(yè)的物流、信息流、資金流有效集成并保持高效運(yùn)作,從而使企業(yè)獲得成本、時(shí)間、效益等最佳整體效果。本系統(tǒng)基于Flex和SQL Server2008的設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)采購(gòu)管理中的計(jì)劃申報(bào)、供應(yīng)商網(wǎng)上報(bào)價(jià)、合同形成、資金管理等流程。本系統(tǒng)主要包括五大模塊,分別是計(jì)劃管理、客戶管理、市場(chǎng)信息管理、合同管理、資金管理。通過(guò)此信息系統(tǒng),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了采購(gòu)的公開、公平和公正原則,提高了企業(yè)的管理水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,具有一定的使用價(jià)值和通用性。公司管理人員能夠?qū)Σ少?gòu)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行有效監(jiān)管,可以通過(guò)該系統(tǒng)特有的功能對(duì)各種采購(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理、分析及計(jì)算,并生成各種統(tǒng)計(jì)分析報(bào)表和趨勢(shì)曲線,為管理人員采購(gòu)決策提供可靠的數(shù)據(jù)支持。該研究選用Flex為前端開發(fā)軟件,SQLServer 2008為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),開發(fā)了面向?qū)嶋H應(yīng)用的采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng),從而完成對(duì)企業(yè)采購(gòu)管理信息的操作、維護(hù)和保存,具有很強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性、實(shí)用性和專業(yè)性。
[Abstract]:With the gradual expansion of the scale of enterprise production, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. Perfect management, high-speed access to information and advanced technology have become a long-term prerequisite for enterprises to remain invincible. Material purchasing is an extremely important link in enterprise cost management. The material purchasing system of Wuhu Xinxing cast Pipe Co., Ltd is mainly a system developed according to the actual situation of the company. The system is stable in performance and simple in operation. The practical application results show that the system can effectively reduce the workload of managers, avoid misoperation and improve the efficiency of procurement department. This paper mainly introduces the development scheme of the material purchasing management system of Wuhu Xinxing cast Pipe Co., Ltd., analyzes the main function modules of the system, and expounds some key technologies in the process of realizing the system. Practice shows that the system has the characteristics of reliability, flexibility and versatility. The important purpose of Wuhu Xinxing Pipe casting Co., Ltd. to develop the purchasing management system is to integrate the logistics, information flow and capital flow of the enterprise effectively and maintain the efficient operation in the process of carrying out the modern enterprise system, so as to make the enterprise obtain the cost. Time, benefit and so on the best overall effect. Based on the design and implementation method of Flex and SQL Server2008, the system realizes the process of enterprise purchasing management, such as plan declaration, supplier online quotation, contract formation, fund management and so on. The system consists of five modules: plan management, customer management, market information management, contract management and fund management. Through this information system, the principle of openness, fairness and justice of purchasing is realized, and the management level and economic benefit of the enterprise are improved, which has certain use value and generality. Company managers can effectively supervise all aspects of procurement, can collate, analyze and calculate all kinds of purchasing data through the unique functions of the system, and generate various statistical analysis reports and trend curves. Provide reliable data support for management purchasing decisions. This research chooses Flex as the front-end development software and SQL Server 2008 as the backstage database, develops the purchasing management system for the practical application, thus completes the operation, the maintenance and the preservation of the enterprise purchasing management information, has the very strong pertinence, Practicality and professionalism.
