110kV輸變電工程項目成本控制研究

【摘要】:電力施工企業(yè)在電力行業(yè)中承擔著電網建設的重要任務和角色,目前,我國的電力施工企業(yè)還負有進一步減低成本、提高投入產出效益、節(jié)省國家投資的重要使命。在當前大形勢下,研究輸變電工程項目在施工階段成本控制及優(yōu)化方法具有重要的理論現實意義。 本文結合110kV輸變電項目管理實際工作,從成本管理的各項要素出發(fā),進行了細致具體的分析,歸納總結科學的輸變電項目成本管理方法和思路,分別從成本管理與成本控制方法兩個角度為切入點展開研究。首先,通過分析當前輸變電工程中存在的問題,構建合理的組織結構,完善成本控制規(guī)章制度;然后,基于橫道圖、作業(yè)成本法以及掙值分析法構建輸變電工程項目成本控制模型;最后,依據西辛某110kV輸變電工程項目,進行實例分析,并根據結果給出了輸變電工程成本控制的相關策略。實例驗證了本文的研究能夠進一步提升我國輸變電工程項目成本控制水平。
[Abstract]:Electric power construction enterprises are playing an important role in the electric power industry. At present, the electric power construction enterprises in our country also have the important mission of further reducing the cost, improving the benefit of input and output, and saving the national investment. Under the current situation, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cost control and optimization methods of transmission and transformation projects in the construction phase. Based on the practical work of 110kV transmission and transformation project management, this paper makes a detailed and concrete analysis on the elements of cost management, and summarizes the scientific cost management methods and ideas of transmission and transformation project. Respectively from the cost management and cost control methods as the starting point of the research. First of all, by analyzing the problems existing in the current power transmission and transformation projects, constructing a reasonable organizational structure and perfecting the cost control rules and regulations; then, based on the horizontal road diagram, The cost control model of transmission and transformation project is constructed by activity-based costing method and earned value analysis method. Finally, according to the 110kV transmission and transformation project of Xixin, the paper analyzes the example, and gives the relevant strategy of cost control of transmission and transformation project according to the result. The example verifies that the research in this paper can further improve the cost control level of transmission and transformation projects in China.
