【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)發(fā)展越來越快,特別是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),自因特網(wǎng)出現(xiàn)以來,只用了短短的時間,就已經(jīng)滲透到了社會生活的各個方面,與人們的工作生活息息相關(guān),成為引領(lǐng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展的重要因素。對于項目造價工作而言,計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)已成了日常工作中必不可少的一部分。通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng),項目造價管理的工作人員可以跳過傳統(tǒng)項目造價管理方式中使用的人工填表等極易造成產(chǎn)生人為的錯誤數(shù)據(jù)的多余環(huán)節(jié),快速而準(zhǔn)確地從各個企業(yè)、單位以及政府進(jìn)行項目造價管理,極大提高工作效率。 本公司項目管理部門開始了PC項目工程造價管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)。工程造價控制是建設(shè)管理的一個核心部分,它貫穿于工程建設(shè)的全過程,體現(xiàn)在對工程建設(shè)前期可行性研究、投資決策、到設(shè)計施工再到竣工交付使用前所需全部建設(shè)費用的確定、控制、監(jiān)督和管理�？刂乒こ淘靸r不僅是防止投資突破限額,更積極的意義是促進(jìn)建設(shè)單位、施工單位、設(shè)計單位加強管理,使人力、物力、財力有限的資源得到充分的利用,取得最佳的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。 本課題結(jié)合公司現(xiàn)有的管理制度及公司運用的管理軟件及商業(yè)管理軟件系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究一套PC項目造價管理軟件達(dá)到切實有效的對合同管理、采購管理、工程進(jìn)度管理、勞務(wù)管理、費用管理、檔案管理及項目財務(wù)管理實際應(yīng)用需求等情況。從項目造價的角度有效控制工程成本,為項目的過程管理提供決策信息,為新的工程提供參考,為企業(yè)提供有價值的價格指數(shù)。 本文提供了基于MVC模型的三層架構(gòu)、Java EE+Oracle的解決方案,采用B/S架構(gòu),提供了一個不限時間、空間限制的全天候服務(wù)平臺,在設(shè)計時,應(yīng)用UML統(tǒng)一建模語言為系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了邏輯設(shè)計,開發(fā)時基于面向?qū)ο蟮木幊趟枷牒烷_發(fā)工具,完成了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)。實現(xiàn)了PC項目造價管理中系統(tǒng)管理、合同管理、進(jìn)度管理、投資管理、質(zhì)量管理、成本管理、材料管理、設(shè)備管理等等模塊。整個系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)完整,擴(kuò)展性能優(yōu)越。本課題的研究對于優(yōu)化政府職能機(jī)構(gòu)和部門建設(shè),改善招商引資辦公條件和項目數(shù)據(jù)信息化處理,招商引資業(yè)務(wù)流程和項目管理制度化建設(shè)等方方面面具有顯著效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, especially the Internet technology, since the emergence of the Internet, it has penetrated into all aspects of social life in a short time and is closely related to people's work and life. Become the important factor that leads the development of world economy. For project cost work, computer network has become an essential part of daily work. Through the Internet, the project cost management staff can skip the manual filling in the traditional project cost management methods and easily create redundant links that produce artificial error data, and quickly and accurately from the various enterprises. Unit and government to carry out project cost management, greatly improve working efficiency. The company's project management department began the PC project cost management information system research and development. Project cost control is a core part of construction management, which runs through the whole process of engineering construction, and is embodied in the feasibility study and investment decision making in the early stage of engineering construction. Determine, control, supervise and manage all construction costs required before completion and delivery of design and construction. The control of project cost is not only to prevent investment from breaking through the quota, but also to promote the construction units, construction units and design units to strengthen management so that the limited resources of human, material and financial resources can be fully utilized. To achieve the best economic and social benefits. On the basis of the company's existing management system and the management software and commercial management software system used by the company, this paper studies a set of PC project cost management software to achieve effective contract management, procurement management, project schedule management. Service management, cost management, file management and project financial management practical application requirements. From the point of view of project cost, it can effectively control the project cost, provide decision information for the process management of the project, provide reference for the new project, and provide valuable price index for the enterprise. This paper provides a solution of Java EE Oracle based on MVC model. It adopts B / S architecture and provides an all-weather service platform with unlimited time and space. The logic design of the system is carried out by using the UML unified modeling language. The system is designed and implemented based on the object-oriented programming thought and development tools. The modules of system management, contract management, schedule management, investment management, quality management, cost management, material management, equipment management and so on are realized in PC project cost management. The overall structure of the whole system is complete and the expansion performance is superior. The research of this subject has remarkable effect on optimizing the construction of government functional organizations and departments, improving the working conditions of attracting investment and information processing of project data, the business process of attracting investment and the institutionalization of project management, and so on.
