【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)發(fā)展越來越快,特別是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),自因特網(wǎng)出現(xiàn)以來,只用了短短的時(shí)間,就已經(jīng)滲透到了社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)方面,與人們的工作生活息息相關(guān),成為引領(lǐng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展的重要因素。對(duì)于項(xiàng)目造價(jià)工作而言,計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)已成了日常工作中必不可少的一部分。通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng),項(xiàng)目造價(jià)管理的工作人員可以跳過傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目造價(jià)管理方式中使用的人工填表等極易造成產(chǎn)生人為的錯(cuò)誤數(shù)據(jù)的多余環(huán)節(jié),快速而準(zhǔn)確地從各個(gè)企業(yè)、單位以及政府進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目造價(jià)管理,極大提高工作效率。 本公司項(xiàng)目管理部門開始了PC項(xiàng)目工程造價(jià)管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)。工程造價(jià)控制是建設(shè)管理的一個(gè)核心部分,它貫穿于工程建設(shè)的全過程,體現(xiàn)在對(duì)工程建設(shè)前期可行性研究、投資決策、到設(shè)計(jì)施工再到竣工交付使用前所需全部建設(shè)費(fèi)用的確定、控制、監(jiān)督和管理?刂乒こ淘靸r(jià)不僅是防止投資突破限額,更積極的意義是促進(jìn)建設(shè)單位、施工單位、設(shè)計(jì)單位加強(qiáng)管理,使人力、物力、財(cái)力有限的資源得到充分的利用,取得最佳的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。 本課題結(jié)合公司現(xiàn)有的管理制度及公司運(yùn)用的管理軟件及商業(yè)管理軟件系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究一套PC項(xiàng)目造價(jià)管理軟件達(dá)到切實(shí)有效的對(duì)合同管理、采購(gòu)管理、工程進(jìn)度管理、勞務(wù)管理、費(fèi)用管理、檔案管理及項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理實(shí)際應(yīng)用需求等情況。從項(xiàng)目造價(jià)的角度有效控制工程成本,為項(xiàng)目的過程管理提供決策信息,為新的工程提供參考,為企業(yè)提供有價(jià)值的價(jià)格指數(shù)。 本文提供了基于MVC模型的三層架構(gòu)、Java EE+Oracle的解決方案,采用B/S架構(gòu),提供了一個(gè)不限時(shí)間、空間限制的全天候服務(wù)平臺(tái),在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),應(yīng)用UML統(tǒng)一建模語言為系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了邏輯設(shè)計(jì),開發(fā)時(shí)基于面向?qū)ο蟮木幊趟枷牒烷_發(fā)工具,完成了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了PC項(xiàng)目造價(jià)管理中系統(tǒng)管理、合同管理、進(jìn)度管理、投資管理、質(zhì)量管理、成本管理、材料管理、設(shè)備管理等等模塊。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)完整,擴(kuò)展性能優(yōu)越。本課題的研究對(duì)于優(yōu)化政府職能機(jī)構(gòu)和部門建設(shè),改善招商引資辦公條件和項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)信息化處理,招商引資業(yè)務(wù)流程和項(xiàng)目管理制度化建設(shè)等方方面面具有顯著效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, especially the Internet technology, since the emergence of the Internet, it has penetrated into all aspects of social life in a short time and is closely related to people's work and life. From the point of view of project cost, it can effectively control the project cost, provide decision information for the process management of the project, provide reference for the new project, and provide valuable price index for the enterprise. This paper provides a solution of Java EE Oracle based on MVC model. It adopts B / S architecture and provides an all-weather service platform with unlimited time and space. The logic design of the system is carried out by using the UML unified modeling language. The system is designed and implemented based on the object-oriented programming thought and development tools. The modules of system management, contract management, schedule management, investment management, quality management, cost management, material management, equipment management and so on are realized in PC project cost management. The overall structure of the whole system is complete and the expansion performance is superior. The research of this subject has remarkable effect on optimizing the construction of government functional organizations and departments, improving the working conditions of attracting investment and information processing of project data, the business process of attracting investment and the institutionalization of project management, and so on.
