K集團SAP ERP系統(tǒng)應用研究

【摘要】:論文研究對象K集團公司是一家大型高科技制造加工型的上市公司。由于公司管理層在企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略上的成功,在短短幾年間集團公司業(yè)務市場范圍不斷擴大,產(chǎn)品類型和客戶數(shù)量迅速增長,原有的企業(yè)信息化管理軟件K3系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)無法適應公司的迅速發(fā)展,公司的信息化管理上日益突顯的問題和矛盾,成為了K集團公司進一步發(fā)展擴大的瓶頸。 論文分析了K集團公司引進、實施應用SAP ERP系統(tǒng)的必要性和可行性,以及SAP ERP系統(tǒng)的功能及特點符合企業(yè)現(xiàn)有、未來的業(yè)務流程、管理需求、戰(zhàn)略方向,SAP項目具有較高的技術可行性、經(jīng)濟可行性、運作可行性。 論文對SAP管理軟件系統(tǒng)的實施方法、實施過程、項目管理做了詳細的論述,K集團公司SAP項目采用ASAP實施方法,實施過程歷經(jīng)項目準備、業(yè)務藍圖設計、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)、測試和準備、系統(tǒng)上線及支持等五個階段。 論文還對SAP管理軟件系統(tǒng)在K集團公司的應用效果進行了深入分析。SAP管理軟件系統(tǒng)解決了K集團公司現(xiàn)實的管理問題,在銷售管理、生產(chǎn)管理、物料管理、財務成本管理等方面都具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益性;SAP系統(tǒng)的應用也是一次管理升級,公司在管理的流程化、規(guī)范化、精細化、智能化等方面有了很大的提高;SAP管理軟件系統(tǒng)的實施對企業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展更具有深遠的戰(zhàn)略意義。 通過對K集團公司SAP應用的研究,論文總結了快速成長的企業(yè)在實施、應用SAP軟件管理系統(tǒng)時應該注意事項。例如:高層重視、項目規(guī)劃、項目準備、實施方法、項目管理、變革管理、溝通管理等關鍵成功因素。
[Abstract]:Research object: K Group is a large high-tech manufacturing and processing company. As a result of the success of the management of the company in the business strategy, the business market scope of the group company has been continuously expanded in just a few years, and the types of products and the number of customers have increased rapidly. The original enterprise information management software K3 system has been unable to adapt to the rapid development of the company. The increasingly prominent problems and contradictions in the information management of the company have become the bottleneck of the further development and expansion of K Group Company. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing and implementing SAP ERP system in K Group Company, and the functions and characteristics of SAP ERP system are in line with the existing and future business processes and management requirements of the company. SAP project has high technical feasibility, economic feasibility and operational feasibility. In this paper, the implementation method, implementation process and project management of SAP management software system are discussed in detail. The ASAP implementation method is adopted in SAP project of KK Group Company. The implementation process goes through project preparation, business blueprint design, system implementation, testing and preparation. System online and support five stages. The paper also analyzes the application effect of SAP management software system in K Group Company. SAP management software system solves the practical management problems of K Group Company, such as sales management, production management, material management, etc. The application of SAP system is also a management upgrade in the aspects of financial cost management and so on. The company has greatly improved in the management process, standardization, refinement, intelligence and so on; The implementation of SAP management software system has profound strategic significance for the long-term development of enterprises. Based on the study of SAP application in K Group Company, the paper summarizes the implementation of SAP software management system and points for attention in the application of SAP software management system. Such as: senior attention, project planning, project preparation, implementation methods, project management, change management, communication management and other key success factors.
