【摘要】:石油是世界的“黑黃金”,隨著人民生活現(xiàn)代化程度的提高,石油與每個人的生活息息相關,石油化工項目建設始終比較火熱,石油化工項目建設市場國際化程度越來越高,由于信息傳遞更便捷、迅速,導致了國際市場價格透明化,競爭的激烈化,使得建筑工程承包的價格戰(zhàn)進入了白熱化,企業(yè)利潤大幅縮水,項目中標價格低,同時執(zhí)行國際項目還受到匯率、政策、戰(zhàn)爭不可抗力的沖突,項目成本也隨著國內(nèi)人力成本的上升,失去人力成本優(yōu)勢,同時還不斷受到材料價格上漲、現(xiàn)金流短缺困擾,資金時間成本變大。 同時,由于國際工程對文明施工和施工質(zhì)量要求不斷提高,造成項目質(zhì)量成本高,生存環(huán)境壓力大,要想在激烈競爭的環(huán)境中站穩(wěn)腳跟,就必須加強項目成本管理工作,低成本是企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢,是企業(yè)的實力,是企業(yè)生存的條件,遵循科學的成本管理模式,清晰成本管理內(nèi)容,抓住成本管理的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)進行優(yōu)化,采取有效的措施,實施有效的項目成本管理是項目成敗的關鍵和企業(yè)生存的根本。 本論文詳細分析了塞巴項目成本構(gòu)成,對此項目的成本控制細節(jié)進行剖析,如直接成本和間接成本。找出影響成本的各方因素(如人工,材料、合同等),針對不同情況制定相應的成本控制措施。通過有效的措施把成本控制在計劃范圍內(nèi)。增加項目的成功率,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟效益最大化。
[Abstract]:Petroleum is the "black gold" of the world. With the improvement of the modernization of people's life, petroleum is closely related to everyone's life. Petrochemical project construction is always hot, and the market for petrochemical project construction is becoming more and more international. Because of the more convenient and rapid information transmission, which leads to the transparency of the international market price and the fierce competition, the price war of the construction project contract has been heated up, the profits of the enterprise have been greatly reduced, and the price of the project winning the bid has been low. At the same time, the implementation of international projects is also subject to the conflict of exchange rate, policy, war force majeure. With the increase of domestic human costs, the project costs also lose the advantage of human costs. At the same time, they are constantly plagued by the rising price of materials and the shortage of cash flow. The time cost of capital has increased. At the same time, due to the continuous improvement of the requirements for civilized construction and construction quality in international engineering, the project quality cost is high and the living environment is under great pressure. If we want to stand firm in the fierce competition environment, we must strengthen the project cost management work. The low cost is the competitive advantage of the enterprise, the strength of the enterprise and the condition of the enterprise survival. Following the scientific cost management mode, the content of the cost management is clear, the key link of the cost management is optimized, and effective measures are taken. Effective project cost management is the key to the success of the project and the survival of the enterprise. In this paper, the cost structure of Saba project is analyzed in detail, and the cost control details of the project, such as direct cost and indirect cost, are analyzed. Find out the factors that affect the cost (such as labor, material, contract, etc.), and make corresponding cost control measures according to different situations. To control the cost within the scope of the plan through effective measures. Increase the success rate of the project to maximize economic benefits.
