【摘要】：當(dāng)前信息的自動(dòng)處理以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)式的信息交互方式已經(jīng)被人們廣泛應(yīng)用。隨著高校教育信息化建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn)、學(xué)生規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大、各種教育模式的興起，如何及時(shí)、高效的計(jì)劃、分配課程資源成為廣大高校面臨的主要問(wèn)題之一，讓計(jì)算機(jī)來(lái)管理學(xué)生的信息成為各個(gè)高校都在積極進(jìn)行的工作之一。 耿丹學(xué)院由于學(xué)生規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展，每學(xué)期都要在教學(xué)計(jì)劃制定、教學(xué)資源的分配上花費(fèi)大量的人力物力，所以建設(shè)高效、及時(shí)的教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)成為學(xué)院的一項(xiàng)重要的工作內(nèi)容。在分析耿丹學(xué)院對(duì)教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的需求，綜合當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外類(lèi)似系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及開(kāi)發(fā)思想的基礎(chǔ)上，我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)了這套“耿丹學(xué)院教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)”。 在系統(tǒng)建設(shè)過(guò)程中我們實(shí)踐了多種軟件工程方法，基于WBS成功實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目任務(wù)的分解及計(jì)劃制定，并通過(guò)關(guān)鍵路徑方法成功保證了項(xiàng)目主要功能的開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)度，通過(guò)制定成本管理計(jì)劃保證了項(xiàng)目在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)成功開(kāi)發(fā)�；贠racle的表分區(qū)及索引技術(shù)成功解決了系統(tǒng)的高并發(fā)訪問(wèn)瓶頸問(wèn)題，測(cè)試系統(tǒng)峰值可以實(shí)現(xiàn)500個(gè)以上的并發(fā)訪問(wèn)支持。實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于遺傳算法進(jìn)行的智能排課算法研究，在一定程度上減少了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)同類(lèi)系統(tǒng)存在的排課后需要過(guò)多的人工干預(yù)的問(wèn)題。在系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)方面成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Oracle RAC的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)集群技術(shù)應(yīng)用，，成功保障系統(tǒng)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)完整性、準(zhǔn)確性、可用性的要求。另外由于系統(tǒng)最終是支持在公網(wǎng)訪問(wèn)的，所有在系統(tǒng)安全性方面成功應(yīng)用多種加密方法保證系統(tǒng)的安全性。
[Abstract]:At present, the automatic processing of information and the network mode of information interaction have been widely used. With the development of educational information construction, the expansion of students' scale, the rise of various educational models, how to plan in time and efficiently, how to allocate curriculum resources has become one of the main problems faced by colleges and universities. Allowing computers to manage students' information has become one of the active tasks in various colleges and universities. Due to the continuous development of the students' scale, Geng Dan College spends a lot of manpower and material resources on the formulation of teaching plans and the allocation of teaching resources every semester, so it is building high efficiency. Timely teaching management system has become an important work content of the college. On the basis of analyzing the demand of Geng Dan College for educational administration management system and synthesizing the design and development ideas of similar systems at home and abroad, we have designed and developed this set of educational administration management system of Geng Dan College. In the process of system construction, we have carried out a variety of software engineering methods, based on WBS, we have successfully realized the project task decomposition and planning, and successfully ensured the development progress of the main functions of the project through the critical path method. A cost management plan is developed to ensure the successful development of the project within the budget. The table partitioning and indexing technology based on Oracle successfully solves the bottleneck problem of high concurrency access in the system. The peak value of the test system can achieve more than 500 concurrent access support. The research of intelligent course scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm is realized, which can reduce the problem of excessive manual intervention in the current domestic similar system. In the aspect of system architecture, the application of database cluster technology based on Oracle RAC is successfully realized, and the requirements of data integrity, accuracy and availability are ensured successfully. In addition, since the system ultimately supports access to the public network, all the system security methods are successfully applied to ensure the security of the system.
