【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)療體制的不斷改革,對(duì)醫(yī)院的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理的要求也逐漸提高。成本管理作為一項(xiàng)重要環(huán)節(jié)在醫(yī)院的成本控制中起著關(guān)鍵的作用。當(dāng)前,醫(yī)院成本管理的現(xiàn)狀相對(duì)于企業(yè)成本管理差距較大,并且存在成本信息失真問(wèn)題,存在著嚴(yán)重的滯后性。究其原因主要在于大部分的醫(yī)院管理者成本管理意識(shí)淡薄,各個(gè)部門成本管理的積極性不高,缺乏系統(tǒng)的成本控制方法體系等方面,傳統(tǒng)的成本管理方式對(duì)醫(yī)院目前的精細(xì)化管理來(lái)說(shuō)己經(jīng)不再適用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of the medical system, the requirements for the economic management of hospitals have been gradually raised. As an important link, cost management plays a key role in the cost control of hospitals. At present, the current situation of hospital cost management is larger than that of enterprise cost management, and the cost information is distorted and there is serious lag. The main reasons are that most hospital managers have a weak sense of cost management, the enthusiasm of cost management in various departments is not high, and there is a lack of systematic cost control method system, etc. The traditional cost management method is no longer applicable to the fine management of hospitals.
