低成本、自動(dòng)化血檢系統(tǒng)的搭建與研究

【摘要】:細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)是醫(yī)院進(jìn)行血常規(guī)檢查的項(xiàng)目之一,精確地測定人體血液中血細(xì)胞的數(shù)量是眾多臨床診斷的重要依據(jù)。目前,市場上用于血細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)的流式血檢儀器大多是由醫(yī)療中心配置,其體積龐大,價(jià)格昂貴,且需要專業(yè)的操作者,并不適用于小診所、家庭及戶外使用。針對上述問題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種低成本、自動(dòng)化的血檢系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對紅細(xì)胞、血小板、白細(xì)胞及其三分類的計(jì)數(shù)。系統(tǒng)由一個(gè)相機(jī),一個(gè)物鏡,兩個(gè)LED光源,兩個(gè)電動(dòng)位移平臺(tái),一臺(tái)處理電腦以及其他光學(xué)部件組成。相比較之前的工作,在三個(gè)方面做了改進(jìn):顯微系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)更緊湊;樣品準(zhǔn)備只需一種試劑且此試劑性能穩(wěn)定;樣品的移動(dòng)和對焦完全自動(dòng)化,操作者可以一鍵完成。并且整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的成本也大大減少。為了驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)性能,我們進(jìn)行了一系列的對比實(shí)驗(yàn),令訓(xùn)練有素和未經(jīng)訓(xùn)練的操作者分別操做此系統(tǒng),共進(jìn)行120份血液樣品的計(jì)數(shù),然后使用Bland-Altman分析方法將不同操作者所測結(jié)果與臨床所得結(jié)果做比較,比較結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)分析結(jié)果與臨床所得結(jié)果保持很好的一致性。同時(shí)也比較了不同操作者所測結(jié)果之間的差異性,結(jié)果顯示不同操作者所測結(jié)果之間并沒有明顯的差異性,說明該系統(tǒng)適用于不同水平的操作者。由于使用廉價(jià)的零部件,優(yōu)化的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和自動(dòng)對焦方法,使得這套血檢系統(tǒng)具有低成本、易操作、高準(zhǔn)確性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)使得此血檢儀器系統(tǒng)可以應(yīng)用在缺乏大型血檢設(shè)備的資源匱乏地區(qū)或場所,因而此系統(tǒng)具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Cell count is one of the items of blood routine examination in hospitals. Accurate measurement of blood cells in human blood is an important basis for clinical diagnosis. At present, most of the flow blood examination instruments used in the market for blood cell count are configured by medical centers. They are huge, expensive, and need professional operators, so they are not suitable for small clinics, homes and outdoor use. In order to solve the above problems, a low cost and automatic blood examination system is designed to count red blood cells, platelets, white blood cells and their three categories. The system consists of a camera, an objective lens, two LED light sources, two electric displacement platforms, a processing computer and other optical components. Compared with the previous work, improvements have been made in three aspects: the microstructure of the microsystem is more compact; the preparation of the sample requires only one reagent and its performance is stable; and the movement and focusing of the sample are completely automated, and the operator can complete it with one click. And the cost of the whole system is also greatly reduced. To verify the performance of the system, we conducted a series of comparative experiments in which trained and untrained operators operated the system separately and counted a total of 120 blood samples. Then the Bland-Altman analysis method is used to compare the results of different operators with the clinical results. The results show that the results of the system analysis are in good agreement with the clinical results. At the same time, the differences between different operators are compared. The results show that there is no obvious difference between the results of different operators, indicating that the system is suitable for different levels of operators. Because of the use of cheap parts, optimized structure design and automatic focusing method, the system has the advantages of low cost, easy operation and high accuracy. These advantages make the system can be used in the lack of large blood testing equipment resources in areas or places, so this system has a broad application prospects.
