【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，人民生活水平的不斷提高，民營企業(yè)越來越成為市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中的活躍動力。而中國人又是一個民以食為天的大國，食品工業(yè)的健康發(fā)展在社會經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中收到越來越多的關(guān)注。因此，鑒于民營食品加工企業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要地位，它的影響體現(xiàn)在人民生活的方方面面。然而，改革開放畢竟還只有三十多年，，民營食品加工企業(yè)出現(xiàn)并開始大規(guī)模發(fā)展的時間也只有十年左右。市場的規(guī)范固然是促進(jìn)民營食品加工企業(yè)發(fā)展的外在約束力量，民營企業(yè)自身的內(nèi)部發(fā)展卻主導(dǎo)著企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大。因此，發(fā)現(xiàn)民營食品加工企業(yè)內(nèi)部問題，分析并解決這些問題是十分重要的。 本文以LH食品加工企業(yè)為案例，從成本控制的角度出發(fā)，運(yùn)用成本控制相關(guān)理論，分析了該企業(yè)在成本控制方面的一系列問題。針對LH食品加工企業(yè)的成本問題，提出來一些具體解決建議。在解決LH食品加工企業(yè)的過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)該企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的這些問題的原因主要是由于企業(yè)的創(chuàng)辦歷史還比較短暫，家族式的經(jīng)營方式的弊端還有待改革。 如何運(yùn)用成本控制相關(guān)理論解決LH食品加工企業(yè)的問題是本文的主要任務(wù)。本文主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法和案例分析法。并且在企業(yè)實(shí)施了部分建議后，得出了優(yōu)化成本控制方法后的新數(shù)據(jù)，這對企業(yè)的決策起到了積極作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy and the improvement of people's living standard, private enterprises are becoming more and more active power in market economy. The Chinese people are also a big country with food as the sky, and the healthy development of the food industry has received more and more attention in the social and economic life. Therefore, in view of the important position of private food processing enterprises in the national economy, its influence is reflected in all aspects of people's life. However, after all, the reform and opening up is only more than 30 years, private food processing enterprises appeared and began to develop on a large scale for only about 10 years. The regulation of the market is the external restraint force to promote the development of the private food processing enterprises, but the internal development of the private enterprises dominates the development and growth of the enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to find out the internal problems of private food processing enterprises and to analyze and solve these problems. This paper takes LH food processing enterprise as an example, from the point of view of cost control, using the theory of cost control, analyzes a series of problems in cost control of this enterprise. In view of LH food processing enterprise cost problem, puts forward some concrete solution suggestion. In the process of solving LH food processing enterprises, it is found that the causes of these problems are mainly due to the short history of the establishment of the enterprises, and the malpractice of the family mode of operation still needs to be reformed. How to use cost control theory to solve the problem of LH food processing enterprises is the main task of this paper. This article mainly uses the literature analysis method, the data analysis method and the case analysis method. After the implementation of some suggestions, the new data after optimizing the cost control method are obtained, which plays an active role in the decision-making of the enterprise.
