【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界，網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的日新月異發(fā)展已擴(kuò)展到社會(huì)的各個(gè)地方，學(xué)生宿舍管理也是如此，特別是作為高等學(xué)校的宿舍管理工作，是每個(gè)高等學(xué)校各種工作的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的效率會(huì)直接反應(yīng)其管理水平的好壞。學(xué)生宿舍各種信息的統(tǒng)計(jì)、查詢和匯總等管理工作會(huì)隨著高等院校規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大、學(xué)生人數(shù)的增加、學(xué)校教育的發(fā)展從而產(chǎn)生很多新的問題，給宿舍管理工作帶來越來越多的困難。所以高等學(xué)校的管理者也越來越關(guān)注學(xué)生宿舍管理的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、科學(xué)化和規(guī)范化。它的不斷完善和提高不但可以給學(xué)生打造一個(gè)優(yōu)美的居住和學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，也可以使學(xué)生宿舍管理的工作越來越高效和方便。 本文的學(xué)生宿舍管理系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用.NET技術(shù)和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)以B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)為工作原理開發(fā)的基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的管理系統(tǒng)，采用UML建模手段來建立和開發(fā)學(xué)生宿舍管理系統(tǒng)，既能保障開發(fā)過程流程規(guī)范化，也能將面向?qū)ο筌浖_發(fā)方法論與實(shí)際項(xiàng)目相結(jié)合。它實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速的查詢功能以及快速的床位分配管理功能，它可以解決現(xiàn)有的管理難、效率低、高成本的管理系統(tǒng)，，可以為學(xué)校迅速的建立科學(xué)正規(guī)的宿舍管理體系，提高工作效率、減少管理時(shí)間和成本的投入，使得管理信息化。 本文介紹的高校學(xué)生宿舍管理系統(tǒng)已在現(xiàn)實(shí)中正式運(yùn)行，使用情況尚可，初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了以下效果:(1)很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性，操作便捷簡(jiǎn)單，可以迅速的向使用者顯示入住學(xué)生的各種基本數(shù)據(jù)，很大程度上提高了管理效率。(2)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)信息的共享處理，給使用者的管理起到了很大的幫助作用。(3)修改、查詢、編輯及匯總等都實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理。(4)提高了使用者的綜合能力，使宿舍管理工作更加規(guī)范化和科學(xué)化。使用本系統(tǒng)可以有效的降低管理經(jīng)濟(jì)成本，提高學(xué)生宿舍管理工作效率，對(duì)于學(xué)校的自動(dòng)化管理可以做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)！
[Abstract]:In today's world, the rapid development of network technology has been extended to all parts of society, and so is the management of student dormitories, especially as the dormitory management work of colleges and universities, which is the focus and difficulty of every kind of work in colleges and universities. Students' learning efficiency will directly reflect the quality of their management. With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities, the increase in the number of students and the development of school education, there will be many new problems arising from the statistics, inquiry and collection of various kinds of information in student dormitories. Bring more difficulties to the dormitory management work. Therefore, the administrators of colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the network, scientific and standardization of student dormitory management. Its continuous improvement can not only create a beautiful living and learning atmosphere for students, but also make the management of student dormitory more and more efficient and convenient. The student dormitory management system in this paper is a web-based management system based on the three-tier structure of B / S, which is developed by using .NET technology and SQL Server database technology. The management system of student dormitory is established and developed by means of UML modeling. It can not only guarantee the standardization of the development process, but also combine the object-oriented software development methodology with the actual project. It realizes the fast query function and the fast bed allocation management function, it can solve the existing management difficult, low efficiency, high cost management system, can quickly establish a scientific and formal dormitory management system for the school. Improve working efficiency, reduce the input of management time and cost, make management information. The university student dormitory management system introduced in this paper has been officially operated in reality, and its usage is quite good. It has realized the following effect: 1) very strong practicability, convenient and simple operation. Can quickly display to the user a variety of students' basic data, to a large extent improve the efficiency of management. 2) to achieve the sharing of information processing, to the user's management has played a great role in modifying, querying, Both editing and summary have realized database management. 4) the comprehensive ability of users has been improved, and the management of dormitory has become more standardized and scientific. The use of this system can effectively reduce the economic cost of management, improve the efficiency of student dormitory management, for the school automation management can make a certain contribution!
