【摘要】:水利水電行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,給全行業(yè)帶來了機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。作為一個(gè)業(yè)主指定分包的水電工程項(xiàng)目,項(xiàng)目部要面對(duì)雙重“業(yè)主”,實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)履約,更多的是全新的挑戰(zhàn)。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,考慮到錦屏二級(jí)水電站調(diào)壓室工程項(xiàng)目施工建設(shè)具有鮮明的項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn),結(jié)合現(xiàn)代工程施工項(xiàng)目管理理論以及相關(guān)技術(shù)來研究和分析施工項(xiàng)目管理,對(duì)于今后我們工程項(xiàng)目的管理具有重要的理論與實(shí)際意義。 在文中我們結(jié)合長期工程項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)際與相關(guān)工作的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),根據(jù)既有工程項(xiàng)目管理理論研究成果,對(duì)錦屏二級(jí)水電站調(diào)壓室工程項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃管理進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究,從項(xiàng)目成本目標(biāo)、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)以及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度目標(biāo)三個(gè)方面展開系統(tǒng)的研究與分析論證,提出了具有可操作性的建議和意見。特別是在工程項(xiàng)目管理中,從實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理最大效益的角度出發(fā),成功應(yīng)對(duì)目標(biāo)管理中存在的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了全面、有效的項(xiàng)目精細(xì)化目標(biāo)管理。并應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵路徑法、6σ管理法、全過程成本管理法等項(xiàng)目管理手段和技術(shù)建立了一個(gè)具有通用性的項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)控制的流程模式,通過該流程模式的應(yīng)用,可以為其它工程建設(shè)提供一定的參考,,以此節(jié)省成本、增加效益,為今后開展工程項(xiàng)目管理理論研究指明一條新道路。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of water conservancy and hydropower industry brings opportunities and challenges to the whole industry. As a hydropower project designated by the owner, the project department has to face the double "owner", to achieve high quality performance, more is a new challenge. In view of this practical problem, considering that the construction of surge chamber project of Jinping II Hydropower Station has distinct project characteristics, combined with modern construction project management theory and related technology, the construction project management is studied and analyzed. It has important theoretical and practical significance for our project management in the future. In this paper, combined with the practical experience of long-term project management and related work, according to the existing research results of engineering project management theory, the project planning management of the surge chamber of Jinping secondary hydropower station is studied. Systematic research, analysis and demonstration are carried out from three aspects: project cost objective, project quality target and project schedule goal, and some operable suggestions and suggestions are put forward. Especially in the engineering project management, from the point of view of realizing the maximum benefit of project management, we successfully deal with the problems existing in the objective management, and realize a comprehensive and effective project management with fine objectives. By using the key path method, the 6 蟽 management method, the whole process cost management method and other project management methods and techniques, a general project goal control process model is established. Through the application of the process mode, It can provide some reference for other engineering construction, so as to save cost, increase benefit, and point out a new way to carry out the theoretical research of project management in the future.
