【摘要】：效益是企業(yè)追求的永恒主題,成本管理是實現(xiàn)企業(yè)效益的基礎(chǔ)。當前,在施工企業(yè)的工程成本管理中普遍存在的一些問題是導致施工成本過高、嚴重影響企業(yè)利潤的主要原因。通過對這些問題的分析,探討了當前工程成本管理在路徑以及實施中應關(guān)注的焦點,并提出了具體的應對與控制策略。
[Abstract]:Benefit is the eternal theme of enterprise's pursuit, and cost management is the foundation of realizing enterprise's benefit. At present, some common problems in the engineering cost management of construction enterprises are the main reasons that cause the construction costs to be too high and seriously affect the profits of the enterprises. Through the analysis of these problems, this paper discusses the current project cost management in the path and implementation of the focus should be paid attention to, and put forward specific countermeasures and control strategies.
