【摘要】：隨著我國醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革的持續(xù)推進(jìn),公立醫(yī)院迫切需要進(jìn)一步規(guī)范和提高醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化管理。作為公立醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)管理的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)——成本管理,在醫(yī)院開展績效評價(jià)、醫(yī)療資源配置、醫(yī)療服務(wù)項(xiàng)目收費(fèi)價(jià)格和單病種付費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。文章對目前公立醫(yī)院成本管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并就如何加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院成本管理提出了改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of medical and health system reform in China, public hospitals urgently need to further standardize and improve the level of hospital financial management to achieve fine management. As the basic link of financial management in public hospitals, cost management plays an important role in hospital performance evaluation, medical resource allocation, the pricing of medical service items and the standard of single disease payment. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost management of public hospitals, and puts forward some improvement measures on how to strengthen the cost management of hospitals.
