【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是在項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和實(shí)施過程中,對(duì)項(xiàng)目各階段進(jìn)展程度和項(xiàng)目最終完成的期限所進(jìn)行的管理,其目的是保證項(xiàng)目能在滿足其時(shí)間約束條件的前提下實(shí)現(xiàn)其總體目標(biāo)。在工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中,進(jìn)度管理是重要的管理內(nèi)容之一,它涉及到工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和效益這兩個(gè)核心的方面,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理,項(xiàng)目成本管理是項(xiàng)目管理中最重要的三項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度控制是保證項(xiàng)目按期完成的關(guān)鍵管理環(huán)節(jié)。 哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目源于哈爾濱地區(qū)樞紐的改造,哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目是哈爾濱地區(qū)樞紐改造的重要組成部分,它的進(jìn)度的快慢,直接影響到樞紐改造整個(gè)工期進(jìn)度。因此,提升哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理水平是十分重要的。 本文采用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,通過哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的研究,運(yùn)用所學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,解決問題。 具體的研究內(nèi)容如下:第一章,緒論,主要介紹本文的研究背景,意義和研究所采用的方法。重點(diǎn)說明本項(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)原因,既有概況,存在問題,項(xiàng)目的整體信息以及論文研究中采用的相應(yīng)理論方法和理論依據(jù),,重點(diǎn)介紹了工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)圖(WBS),責(zé)任分配矩陣,網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖及項(xiàng)目的基本保障措施。第二章,哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃存在的問題分析,主要是哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目介紹,工程項(xiàng)目中存在的問題,及問題成因分析。第三章,哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的改進(jìn)措施,主要是采用所學(xué)的理論方法解決工程項(xiàng)目中存在的問題,明確了項(xiàng)目中的工作關(guān)系,確立項(xiàng)目各負(fù)責(zé)部門的相關(guān)責(zé)任,結(jié)合具體的項(xiàng)目確立詳細(xì)的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并針對(duì)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)當(dāng)采取的控制措施。第四章,哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃實(shí)施的保障措施,通過先進(jìn)的信息化管理在項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目信息管理方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,通過建立高效的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì),保證項(xiàng)目管理執(zhí)行力,通過增強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,確保項(xiàng)目能夠順利實(shí)施。結(jié)論,對(duì)全文內(nèi)容做總結(jié)。 本文從鐵路工程建設(shè)的角度,結(jié)合所學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),對(duì)哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析,特別是對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃方面,充分進(jìn)行了深入的研究。最主要的目的,是為了保證項(xiàng)目能夠按照既定的計(jì)劃進(jìn)行實(shí)施,對(duì)存在的問題進(jìn)行了剖析,通過理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐的應(yīng)用,對(duì)于相應(yīng)的鐵路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目給予一定的參照作用。 通過對(duì)哈爾濱車輛段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的研究,使自己對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的理論知識(shí)又進(jìn)行了一次深入的學(xué)習(xí),不但加深了對(duì)書本知識(shí)的理解,而且還把書本上的理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些需要探討的問題,這也是寫作本文的另外一項(xiàng)重大收獲。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is the management of the progress degree of each stage of the project and the deadline for the final completion of the project during the process of project planning and implementation. The purpose of the management is to ensure that the project can achieve its overall goal under the premise of meeting its time constraints. Schedule management is one of the most important management contents in engineering project construction. It involves two core aspects of project quality and benefit, project schedule management and project quality management. Project cost management is the three most important contents in project management. Schedule planning and schedule control are the key management links to ensure the completion of the project on schedule. The Harbin depot construction project originates from the transformation of the Harbin regional hub. The Harbin depot construction project is an important part of the Harbin regional hub renovation, and the pace of its progress is slow and fast. It directly affects the progress of the project reconstruction. Therefore, it is very important to improve the progress management level of Harbin Depot construction project. This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, through the research of Harbin depot construction project, applies the knowledge of project management, finds the problem, solves the problem. The specific research contents are as follows: the first chapter, introduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance and research methods. This paper mainly explains the reasons for the establishment of the project, including the general situation, the existing problems, the overall information of the project, the corresponding theoretical methods and theoretical basis adopted in the research of the paper, and emphatically introduces the work breakdown structure diagram (WBSU), the responsibility distribution matrix, Network plans and basic safeguards for projects. The second chapter is the analysis of the problems existing in the construction project schedule of Harbin depot, mainly the introduction of Harbin depot construction project, the problems existing in the engineering project, and the analysis of the causes of the problems. In the third chapter, the improvement measures of Harbin depot construction project progress plan are mainly adopted to solve the problems existing in the project, and the working relationship in the project is clarified. Establish the responsibility of each department responsible for the project, establish a detailed progress plan in conjunction with the specific project, and take control measures for the project. The fourth chapter, through the application of advanced information management in the project, realizes the transformation of the project information management mode, through the establishment of an efficient project team. Ensure the execution of project management and ensure the smooth implementation of the project by enhancing the risk management of the project. Conclusion, the content of the full text is summarized. From the point of view of railway engineering construction, combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management, this paper makes a detailed analysis on the construction project of Harbin Depot, especially on the project schedule. A thorough study was carried out. The main purpose is to ensure that the project can be carried out in accordance with the established plan, the existing problems are analyzed, through the application of theory combined with practice, the corresponding railway construction projects are given a certain reference role. Through the research on the construction project of Harbin Depot, the author has made a deep study on the theory knowledge of project management, which not only deepens the understanding of book knowledge, Moreover, the theoretical knowledge in the book has been applied in practice, and some problems need to be explored, which is another great achievement in writing this paper.
